The house’s main appeal lies in its spaciousness and the fact that it is divided into two apartments, both of which are available to those renting the house
1 apartment on the ground floor and 1 apartment on the ground floor
Both apartments have separate entrances but are also connected by an internal staircase
The upper apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 large living room, a hallway, 2 bathrooms, 1 large balcony, and 2 small balconies on different sides.

The lower apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 large living room that can also be used as a bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a terrace.

* tourist tax: 2 euros per person per night (not required for guests under 15 years of age)
* if you wish to rent sheets and towels, the cost is 11 euros per person (for the entire stay)

An outdoor shower is available.
A barbecue area with seating for about 12 people is also available.

Lake Garda, with its lively towns, is just 15 minutes away.
A supermarket and restaurants are about 1 km away, and the centre of Caprino Veronese is about 2 km away.

The location at the southern foot of Monte Baldo is well-known and ideal for hiking, mountain biking, road biking, paragliding, and rock climbing, as well as for its excellent wineries and direct sales of olive oil, fruit, vegetables, and cheese—with tasting opportunities. Hiking trails and mountain bike routes start right behind the house.

The centre of Verona is about 40 minutes away.
