Beautiful apartment with sea view, located near the beach of Canyelles in Roses.
It consists of a bright living-dining room, an independent kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a bathroom with a shower and a beautiful terrace which offers a great view of the sea.
It is equipped with: reversible air conditioning in the living-dining room, satellite TV (national and french channels), washing machine, microwave and fridge.
This apartment was completely renovated in April 2022. Tastefully decorated, it is the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava.
It enjoys an ideal location as it is just a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in Roses: Canyelles. Stairs lead down to the beach on foot.
Residence with community parking (no private place).
Pets, smokers or groups of young people are not allowed.

La réactivité de l'hôte était rapide.Cet appartement de 40 m2 pour 4 personnes contient beaucoup trop de bibelots,le surmatelas ne convient pas au matelas. Les table de nuit métallique ( bruyante) pour quelque chose qui est utilisé principalement le soir et la nuit.
