Self catering apartment situated in the heart of the Old Town with its daily markets and numerous cafes, restaurants and bars. The apartment has stunning panoramic sea views and is situated directly opposite the beach. The apartment has own-door access at street level and is accessed by a short flight of stairs to the first floor. There is a fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer) with French doors to the balcony. There is a very large open plan living room/dining room with picture windows giving extensive sea views. The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is a TV & DVD. There are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle.

great location, good property

Used to hotels in Nice, so this was different for us. We stayed 8 nights, and LOVED the location in THE best part of the Promenade with the most amazing views. Also loved the proximity of the old town for the market, shops etc. Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Nice.!!

Perfect Location

The property has an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean which is enjoyable from two tables inside or an outdoor table. Very clean and everything you could possibly need. We stayed for two weeks and felt at home.

Perfect location!

Lovely well furnished apartment in a perfect location. Had everything you would need for the kitchen. We loved the view to the sea and we loved that we were steps away from great dining. (Dinner at Carmela’s was our favorite meal while there —make a reservation if possible).

Exquisite apartment in superb location

We were a mom traveling with adult daughter and her friend. The apartment is right across the street from our favourite beach club and within east walking to all amenities. The apartment is spacious and airy with excellent beds and light and what a view. It was a piece of heaven and we will be back.

Amazing apartment right on the Med

Our stay in this apartment met and exceeded all our expectations. The location is amazing, with ocean views and a stones throw from the flower market, old town and port. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family. Communication and check in all very easy. We most enjoyed our morning coffee sitting on the balcony over looking the water waiting for the sun to rise, it’s a very special place.

Lovely apartment in a fab location!

A really great apt, very clean upon arrival, spacious and bright. The location is second to none with a balcony facing the beach. A great spot to watch the world go by along the Promenade! The apartment felt like a home from home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are at the back of the property and are nice and quiet at night. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back again. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish, well located property for their stay in Nice.

A ver special property

Excellent pre-work done by owner and local manager with important detail on arrival. Perfect location with a great view of the sea all the way from the Castle Hill to the airport (you can sit on the terra e and follow the air traffic from the East to touchdown at Nice-Côte d’Azur). Spacious kitchen and living space. Coffee and cereal and a bottle of roseé awaiting too!

Wohnung mit Meerblick am Rand der Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist schön, sehr sauber und hat eine Top Lage. Besser kann man in Nizza kaum wohnen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Vom Fenster oder Balkon aus kann man wunderbar das Treiben auf der Promenade beobachten - ein Logenplatz mit tollem Meerblick. Man ist in 1 Minute am Cours Saleya und in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung hat ihren Preis, aber bietet einen guten Gegenwert.

Perfecte ligging, ruim appartement voor 4 personen, waanzinnig uitzicht. Voorzijde gehorig tot in de kleine uurtjes, maar eigenlijk GEEN last van (slaapkamers etc. achterzijde).

Wonderful apartment!

We love this property! Right across the street from Castel Plage. Lovely large windows give a great view and there is a balcony. Good a/c. Nice bath and separate shower with good pressure. Really cannot fault it and we will return another day.

Amazing

This was our most recent stay at this amazing property. We have stayed many times previously and have stayed in many other places in Nice but we always come back here as in my opinion it just can’t be beaten. The views are spectacular, the property is so bright and airy and set out wonderfully. The location is right on the edge of the flower market and entrance to the old town which is where we spend most of our time when in Nice. The owner is a pleasure to deal with as is Connie who deals with the check ins and check outs. The property has everything you can want. I don’t have a bad word to say!

Fantastic place!

Loved everything about this home. Location overlooking Castel beach - great for people watching. The old town and flower market behind with excellent shopping. Big shout out for L'epicerie Georges restaurant where we had the most incredible dinner. The property is very well equipped - kitchen had everything and handy to have a dishwasher and washing machine. Sky TV so we could watch a bit of UK TV. Bathroom had a bath and separate shower (with excellent pressure). Comfy bed. What more can I say! It was just perfect for two of us. Will definitely return. Also, lovely property manager Connie who gave helpful advice and perfect communications with the owner.
