Great spot for Rome visit

The building was secure and the apartment was comfortably furnished for our family of four. The owner met us at the apartment for check-in, was very helpful and responsive, and kept in touch during our stay to make sure everything went well. We were only there two nights, but this apartment would also be a great spot for a longer visit.

Property manager was wonderful. Kept in communication with us and was very flexible. Apartment is close to the Marconi Metro Station which gives you access to all of Rome. Wonderful stay.

Great Location!!!

We had a great stay and would stay here again! Very close to the Metro and has some great restaurants close by. The space is large and looks just like the photos. The Building Manager is wonderful and attentive and very good with communication. Very flexible with check in and out. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! Very clean, a boho 70’s theme, easy access to the Metro, just a couple of stops to the Colosseum, the property manager Cinzia was wonderful to deal with, extremely helpful & very accommodating, enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is very clean, well equipped has air conditioning Out hostess was very nice and friendly, she explained everything to us. The apartment is just a 7 minute walk from Marconi metro station, has many bus stops next to it that can get you to anywhere around Rome Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to rome

Let's face it...one of the four of you is 190 cm tall by 400 LB in weight and could have chosen the king size bed in the master bedroom.... in fact he also broke the toilet seat .... replacement by the Staff was immediate..."washer and dishwasher " you used them without any problems...rather you found so many excuses not to pay the resort fee through PaPal that the Staff had to give you a "surprise" while you were ready to leave the house and convince you to leave the resort fee in US dollars...this I never wanted to reveal except to justify your "peremptory" review Goodbye

It was a 10 minute or less walk to the Marconi station or the 23 bus stops right in front that goes to another dubway station. The apartment was nice, ac was nice and cold. Cinzia was lovely and answered any questions. There is a tax that the city implement 6 dollars a person a night. The apartment was nice and clean. Theres a grocery store, meat market and pizza place on the ground level. Subway was convenient to see the vatican, colliseum etc it can get very busy and crowded downtown. Would rent this again if returning. Has everything you need.

A very cozy and clean apartment. It had everything we needed. We loved it. It was safe, cozy, and comfortable. There are grocery stores downstairs. The bus stops in front of the building. Schöne große Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, man findet alles was man braucht. Wie schon viele andere geschrieben haben, die U-Bahn kann in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden und fährt direkt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Innenstadt oder auch - zum gleichen Preis - ans Meer in Lido di Ostia.
