About this property

Pass the Keys | Cosy 2 bed with great views in South Kensington

About this space
A beautiful two bedroom luxury executive apartment in a great location, walking distance to Natural History Museum, Harrods, Hyde Park and the Thames. Comfortably furnished with premium quality designer furniture and stunning views of London skyline.

The space
The flat has stunning panoramic views of London, and at night time it all lights up, creating a real display. You really know you're in London by just looking out of the window!

It's just a 5 minutes walk to South Kensington Tube Station, so you're extremely well connected. Super convenient if you want to explore other parts of London.

The apartment is professionally cleaned, and the linen serviced by a firm that supplies hotels with crisp linen, so the standard is that of an executive suite in a top hotel.

The flat has high-speed unlimited Wi-Fi Broadband provided by BT and we'd give you the username/password before you arrive.

This apartment is everything you are looking for to make a great London
stay. It is located inside a graceful art deco building in one of the nicest parts of London - Chelsea. You can walk to the best London museums such as Natural History, Science and Victoria & Albert! There is something for everyone. Hyde Park and the Thames riverbank are both also close by to have a relaxing stroll. Harrods too is close by.

Now to the apartment itself. It is on the 8th floor but don't worry about hauling up the luggage. There is an elevator in the building to zoom you up! It also means that you don't suffer from inner-city traffic noise, which is further reduced by the secondary glazing on all windows.

Being on the 8th Floor it has wonderful sweeping views of the London Skyline. You can see the top of Harrods (which lights up at night), The Shard, London Eye, Saint Pauls, Houses of Parliament, BT Tower, V&A Museum, Natural History Museum and many more landmarks easily, making your stay a truly spectacular London experience.

The flat is well furnished and recently refurbished so everything in the apartment is clean and fresh. The entrance hall and the living room have wooden floors. The living room has a designer Danish sofa which opens into a double bed - its mattress is a pocket sprung and twice the thickness of other sofa beds and therefore is probably better than most normal beds! We have had comments that they have never slept on a better sofa bed. There is a dining table to share family meals and a little writing table with a chair. There is also a designer Scandanavian style Snuggler Sofa for two.

It has a modern kitchen entered from the living room. It comes fully equipped with all the mod-cons such as a kettle where you can set the temperature you wish to heat the water to (in case of infusions). We have left some basic cooking ingredients should you feel the urge to cook. Tea, coffee and sugar are also provided.

The bedrooms have the world's most amazing mattresses - the premium Vi-Spring mattresses. To give an idea of its luxury credentials, this is the same mattress that goes into the Queen Mary II luxury liner. It is also the mattress that was used in the Titanic where only the best would do! These lovely mattresses are dressed in luxury 100% cotton linens and use 100% natural fillings. We've had guests privately tell us they liked them that much they are going to buy them when they get back home! Even many 5-star luxury hotels might not have these mattresses, so it is true luxury, and when you're on holiday it's important to have a good night's sleep to set you up for the next day!

The bathroom is newly renovated and is very clean and fresh. It has a bath with a shower and comes with fluffy towels, shampoo and soap.

There's a large 50" Sony Internet-ready high definition TV, it is connected to the Internet for streaming videos, and has NetFlix and BBC iPlayer on it. The TV swings so you can position it to suit you.

Other extras that come with the apartment - a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, microwave and coffee maker.

The apartment is very secure with a 24 Hour Reception Desk there at the entrance and there are four lifts.

We provide a baby bath, travel cot and a high hair on request for a stress-free trip with your baby.

Guest access
You have access to the entire flat, consisting of two bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a bath, a modern kitchen and a living room.

If travelling by car you will need to use an on-street paid parking bay. These are available in the area, subject to availability.

There is a number of stations very close to the flat; local transport connections are available at South Kensington Station (0.4 miles).

"To ensure full flexibility and provide the best experience we offer a mix of personal check-in and self-check-in service.
If you plan to arrive before 5 pm, a team member will try to meet you at the property for a personal check-in.
After 5 pm we will do our best to offer a meet & greet service, but this will depend on availability. We will contact you in advance to plan.

The self-check-in allows full flexibility to arrive anytime (yes, even very late at night!). This will involve you picking up the keys from a shop located a 3 mins drive or 10 mins walk from the flat. It’s available from 8 am to 9 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 11 pm on weekends.

Outside those hours the keys can be picked up from a shop located an 8 mins drive from the flat. This option is available 24h. In case you are using our executive chauffeur pick-up service, then the driver will be aware of the shop location and will stop on the way.

In the event you are arriving late and using the self-check-in option, then we will be happy to do a meet and greet the following day before 5 pm if required, just let us know.

Our checkout process is very simple. Simply leave the keys in the flat in the bowl by the side of the door and pull the front door shut."

Other things to note
Our normal check-in is at or after 3 pm and checkout by 11 am. However, we are flexible and if it's not been used before may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in. Checkouts are a bit trickier as we arrange for professional cleaners to come and they need booking in advance, but we can always check at the time if there's any flexibility if you let us know in advance.

Great central location flat
Flat was close to everything and the underground- easy to navigate around the city from this home base. 2 small bedrooms, but honestly only needed them for sleeping at night! There was plenty of storage for all our baggage -3 adults and one child = 5 suitcases! The sleeper sofa was easy to set up and breakdown each day and night. Kitchen has everything we needed. I really miss the view from the windows- you can see all of London! There was a local grocery market less than a block away which made grabbing food to make in the flat easy! Overall- clean, great location, plenty of space- would highly recommend this property!

Great view, awesome location
Tidy flat, easy to navigate to the various parts of London. Lovely neighborhood with many restaurants, grocery access and very fun bakeries. There was nothing we needed that we could not access easily. Super comfy beds, very responsive rental team. Would stay again.

Kensington Flat
Perfectly good flat, reasonable location. Terrible check in (keys were ten minutes walk away) and even worse key drop. Had to drop the keys off the night before I left because of their inflexibility - Pass the keys were utterly unhelpful and unreasonable. Ruined the stay

Very good stay in nice neighborhood
Nice view at the top. Opened windows in summer for good breeze to keep cool. Family of 4 for 4 nights. Great location for pubs restaurants shops. Check in process is awkward because you must walk several blocks and find the owners shop first to get keys. Management was fine and thanks to Natalya at front desk for helping us hold bags.

Great Location - too small for 4 people
We enjoyed our stay at the apartment mostly due to the location. Pros: - walkable to restaurants - very nice area of town ( high rent area) - the living area was nice for starting and ending the day for 3 people - beds were comfortable - plenty of towels - We called several times to talk to the management company and they always answered and we’re always very available. Cons: 1. 1 bedroom was so small you could barely dress in it. There was 18 inches between bed and the closet. Only one person can really stay in this room. The photos are deceiving. 2.. The table in living room was unusable, due to the top wobbling about 3-4 inches if you put anything on the table. You can’t use the table for eating. 3. The coffee maker that uses the pods does not work. I watched a video on YouTube on how to use this coffee machine. After following all of the instructions, it still did not work. 4. There is no AC, which could be an issue in Summer. The nights got hot in the apartment. You really need to open the windows to cool off the apartment. 5. The WiFi needs to be moved from the living room to the bedrooms in order to use it in the bedrooms. 6. There is no King or Queen size bed, the beds seemed to be Full/Double. 7. The key pickup is a painful way to start your trip. I was given the wrong code to start and the 10 minute walk does not put you in a good mood. The only good thing is you do learn about the restaurants in the area.
