There are rumours that the Old Success Inn's covered well has a secret passage leading to it. Sennen was once a hotbed of smuggling activity. With a gallery, mediaeval church, Iron Age fort, and a small selection of shops where you can buy beachwear and souvenirs as well as a wide variety of groceries, this lovely village has an undeniably timeless appeal.
