The property was very clean and delivered all it promised. Surprised to find it for sale and had to check there would be no viewings. The only property we have booked in over twenty years where no tea or coffee, or anything, supplied for arrival. Situated near the top of a steep hill with no pavement in places we found the walk from Lyme Regis strenuous.
