The highlight is your exclusive access to the 3rd floor: an 80 sqm panoramic terrace with breathtaking views of the lake and castle. On the same level, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a large TV with streaming platforms, and a lovely outdoor aperitivo area — perfect for enjoying dinner at sunset.

Another room may be rented on the 2nd floor, but the terrace and entire top floor are for your use only. The house is centrally located, just a 5-minute walk from the main attractions and 40 km from Rome.
