The Space:
The apartment features three double bedrooms, including one en-suite, a spacious living room with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and two fully fitted bathrooms with all the amenities you need for your comfort. We would also like to highlight the large terrace on the second floor. For your convenience, the apartment has a lift, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a TV. The bedrooms comprise: Bedroom 1: Double bed, bed linen, and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Double bed, bed linen. Bedroom 3: Double bed, bed linen, and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with: fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and dishwasher. The bathrooms include: towels, hairdryer and toiletries. Book now! Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire flat, including the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and balcony. The flat is located on the 4th floor and is accessible by lift. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
The Neighborhood:
Located on Rua do Paraíso, this apartment is ideally situated for exploring the best of Porto. Just a short walk away, the Church of Lapa, with its impressive architecture and the heart of D. Pedro IV, offers a unique cultural experience. Faria Guimarães metro station, less than 200 metres away, provides quick access to the whole city. A short 900-metre walk away lies the heart of Porto: Avenida dos Aliados and Rua Santa Catarina, brimming with shops, restaurants and the city’s vibrant atmosphere. Ribeira, with its stunning views of the River Douro and the Port wine cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia, is also within easy reach. In the immediate vicinity, enjoy cafés, restaurants and shops for all your needs. For a day at the beach, Foz do Douro is just 7 km away.
Getting Around:
For your convenience, we offer a transfer service (please enquire about prices). The apartment is conveniently located near a range of public transport options, making it easy to reach different parts of the city. For those arriving by plane, Porto Airport (OPO) is within easy reach by public transport or taxi. Details on timetables and routes can be found at nearby metro stations and bus stops, as well as online. Paid parking is available in the vicinity of the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €230 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
