This beautiful stone farm in the Casentino Valley consists of 2 apartments furnished in a cozy and rustic Tuscan style. You can enjoy a breathtaking view from the house and the pool. The house has been completely renovated and features typical Tuscan elements, including terracotta tiles on the floor, wooden beams on the ceiling and furniture in wrought iron and wood._x000D_

About 300 m from the house there is a small swimming pond with a picnic table, grill and toilet._x000D_

The large garden and pool are perfect for rest and relaxation. At the same time it is an ideal starting point for cultural excursions to Florence, Arezzo and other Tuscan cities._x000D_

The beautiful views of the valley, the centuries-old forests and the surrounding villages are beautiful and you will enjoy Tuscan country life here with olive trees, vineyards, chestnut trees and cypresses. The nearest village is Ortignano Raggiolo, about 3 km away.

Would tell anyone passing through to stop here. We enjoyed cozy evenings by the fireplace and morning coffee on the terrace. The bathroom was spacious, and everything felt welcoming. Can't forget the charming garden either, it was lovely after a day of exploring nearby towns.

Het huisje is heel rustiek en zeer rustig gelegen. Als je iets wil bezoeken, is het wel gemakkelijk 1 a 2 uur rijden naar Firenze en Sienna, naar Rome zelfs 3 uur. Voor mensen die rust willen of voor families is het ideaal. Ook onze hond Perro had de tijd van haar leven. Er zijn veel velden en bossen rondom het huisje en het uitzicht is adembenemend. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijke mensen, die ons zelf een typisch Toscaans ontbijt zijn komen maken. Een klein nadeel is dat ze GEEN Frans of Engels spreken zoals aangegeven bij Belvilla. Voor de geïnteresseerden, niet twijfelen maar gaan. Het huisje is in het echt nog mooier dan op de foto's. Let wel op dat je niet met een lage auto komt, want de laatste 2 Km rijd je niet op een baan, zelfs geen pad, zo afgelegen ligt het huisje. Nog een kleine tip Neem iets mee tegen wespen en muggen.
