Fantastic location and host, with a few caveats.This flat is in an incredible location—right at the crossroads of Fitzrovia, Bloomsbury, Soho, and Covent Garden. There are excellent shops, bars, and restaurants within blocks in every direction, and both the Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street tube stations are just a short walk away. It served as a perfect home base for our five-day stay in London.The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. It matched the listing photos perfectly, with one important exception: the view. The large front windows let in wonderful light, but the beautiful architecture across the street—which heavily drew us to the listing—was completely covered by a massive white tarp. The host mentioned it has been there for quite some time, so the view itself was unfortunately a disappointment.A minor secondary issue was the front building door’s old skeleton key lock, which was very difficult to operate. The host noted this is being addressed, but future guests may want to verify if it has been fixed.That said, we were incredibly impressed by our host, Mariya. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, she dropped everything to come and help us get back inside. Thank you, Mariya, for being so attentive!

We spent 8 nights in this studio apt and it is in a great location. Felt safe and could walk everywhere and tube stations are close by. Very responsive hosts, we much appreciated the champagne and juice waiting in the fridge. Also coffee and milk, for the morning. My only comments are the bed sags in the middle and we did some cooking so adding a few kitchen utensils like wooden spoons, etc. would be helpful. Would stay again.

The property is in a good location. However, the AC unit is under powered. The AC eventually failed for the last two days of the stay under the 94F heat. The penthouse is very hot in the summer with the under powered AC unit. The bathroom is poorly designed. The tile floor is wrongly graded and the shower has only a glass screen without shower door. Water keeps escaping to the rest of the bathroom and eventually causes leaks downstairs. The host is helpful and accommodating. Washer and dryer takes a while but works well.

The apartment is stylish and has everything one needs. Fitzrovia is a delightful, well-located neighborhood for wandering, excellent coffee, restaurants, shopping, museums, and pubs. Transportation is easy. The hosts are very responsive: I locked my keys in the apartment one time, and within 15 minutes, someone was there to help me get back in the building.

Had a great stay at this property. It was very central to all my desired sightseeing destinations and the neighborhood felt very nice and safe. The host was super friendly and responsive. Instructions for getting there and getting in were clear and simple. Easy to get to from LHR. It was close to West End shows, the British Museum, and Regents Park which was gorgeous this spring. Also close to all major train stations. Made it easy to leave town and on to other destinations in Europe via train. Would definitely recommend it.

Very nice and clean spot. Perfect location on TCR. It was a lovely spot to stay for the holiday and catch up with our daughter staying at university through her break. So very close to the American university study centers! 5 minute walk to Florida State University!

One of the best apartments I had the pleasure of staying at in London. Communication from Mariya and Scott was excellent and I was given helpful advice throughout my stay. Close to stations and very walkable to many areas of attraction in London. Highly recommend this place!
