Two air-conditioners service this level and every room has thermal wall heating. This level opens to the expansive garden and terrace entertaining area. The “attic” on the top level (leased in conjunction with first floor) has access to a balcony with views across to the mountain and sea. One bedroom, air-conditioning and one bathroom services this level. The ground floor residence has one double bedroom, large bathroom, lounge dining with ceiling fan, 50” LED flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove; leased in conjunction with first floor (min nights applies).
