Residence Club Villa With Cottage Cart & Ground Transportation Included

This beautiful villa is located within the Melrose Resort area on Daufuskie Island and includes amenities to make your trip to our beautiful, tranquil island a breeze. Our rates include concierge service to help plan your stay and ground transportation from the dock to our villa on arrival and departure. In addition, our rate includes the use of one 4-seater cottage cart throughout your stay and access to additional cart rentals at a discounted rate, based on availability. Other services such as island tours, massage services, etc. can be arranged for you by our concierge on request for an additional fee.

The villa features an open, modern floor plan with island views from every room. The living room features a sofa, two large chairs, a large TV with a DVD player, CableTV, and wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped and features full-size stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is also a laundry room off the dining area with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience

The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, en suite master bath, and direct access to the screened porch. In the Master Bedroom, there is plenty of storage and a TV with DVD player and Cable TV. The Master bath features a jetted tub for two, dual sinks, and a large walk-in shower. The Guest bedroom features 2 queen beds, plenty of storage, a TV with DVD player, and Cable TV. There is also a large en suite bath with tub/shower combination and dual sinks. From the Guest suite, there is direct access to the screened porch as well.

The private screened porch is an extension of your living space while on the island and is accessible from every room. It is a great place to spend time with family and friends, relax, and enjoy the ocean breezes.
