The Oaks Barns with Hot Tubs

Beautiful barn conversion hosting 12 people set in a countryside location with 2 hot tubs!

This newly converted barn has been split in two to give the perfect mix for privacy and socialising.

They consist of the following:
The Barn - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
The Piggery - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

The Main Barn has communal space for all 12 guests including a huge seating area and also a 12 person dining table.
The space
These recently renovated barns are perfect for a countryside retreat. Both barns have underfloor heating, a private garden area with a hot tub (8am-10pm), an open plan kitchen/dining area and log burner. They share the same driveway which can accommodate at least seven cars.

The Main Barn contains 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and The Piggery barn has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4). Both have their own garden and hot tub, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms and lounge.

Three of the rooms across the barns can either have two single beds in or one king size bed. If you have a preference, please advise us when booking.

We can also provide travel cots and highchairs upon request (2 available).

Our barns are based in the countryside in a quiet village, please respect our neighbours. Sorry, no parties!

We are lucky enough to have horses in the field next to the barns so no fireworks allowed.

Both barns have a hot tub in their garden.

Other things to note:
Please vacate the hot tubs by 10pm and keep noise outside to a minimum.
