The semi-rural and peaceful location of these comfortable and characterful barns offers a sense of calm and relaxation. The Old Paybarn (ref UK39378) has a large and comfortable living room where you can sink into the comfortable sofas and warm up in front of the fire, before retiring to the comfortable beds. Here you can enjoy sweet dreams in the peaceful countryside, where the only sounds you will hear are bird songs and the sounds of the horses. The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has an en-suite, whilst located on the first floor is the second family bedroom. In addition to the exceptional finish, the barn has all the modern day comforts. If there are more in your party you can also book the Annexe at Park Farm barns (ref UK39379) which sleeps 2. It also has a large bedroom with a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower.
The pleasant village of Snettisham offers something for everyone, whatever your age and whatever the weather! The beach here is enormous – wide and spacious. It lies almost 2 miles from the village centre and is a mixture of stone and sand, with a grassy area behind. At the southern end of Snettisham beach is the well-known RSPB Nature Reserve. Here you will find a number of hides you can use without having to be a member. From the hides you can enjoy one of the country’s greatest wildlife spectacles. This is especially so when the rising high spring tides force thousands of birds to leave the mudflats where they are feeding and settle close to the hides.
Snettisham is a walker’s haven, particularly for dog owners, with the village having miles of public footpaths plus the ancient Peddars Way is found nearby. A firm favourite for children is Snettisham Park Farm, which is a working farm that offers hands-on activities. Along with the traditional farm animals, deer and llamas can be found here, plus tractor and trailer rides, making this a family fun day out. Again aimed at children, the traditional seaside town of Hunstanton with its sandy beach, promenade, sea-life centre and fairground rides is just a mere 5 miles away. For adults you will be spoilt for choice of where to visit first, with so many fantastic places to explore locally, such as the Royal Sandringham Estate, Holkham Hall, Norfolk Lavender and Houghton Hall to name just a few. Beach, shop and pub within 3 miles.
The Old Paybarn (ref UK39378) and The Annexe at Park Farm Barns (ref UK39379) can be booked together to accommodate up to 7 guests.

A very comfortable cottage with everything that we needed.
A very comfortable cottage with everything that we needed. We loved watching thousands of geese fly overhead, also we could see sunrise and sunset from the windows. Light and airy and decorated for Christmas. A little gem.

We spent a week at The Old Paybarn and it really was lovely.
We spent a week at The Old Paybarn and it really was lovely. So much more spacious than we were expecting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. We did a mixture of cooking in and eating out. The beds and sofas were super comfy. The views from the upstairs windows were stunning. We loved waking up to the donkeys! The park where the barn is on is 100% worth a trip to, we loved feeding the deer.We definitely plan on coming back for another stay.

Had a relaxing stay.
Had a relaxing stay. The gardens were great for the dog. Spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfy and the downstairs shower was powerful enough. Had a light blip with flush button not working on the toilet upstairs but was dealt with promptly. The ceiling is quite low in the bedroom upstairs so you just have to be mindful. Would recommend .

Lovely, modern and nicely furnished barn conversion that is finished in a contemporary style.
Lovely, modern and nicely furnished barn conversion that is finished in a contemporary style. Peaceful location too. Everything was clean throughout and ready to enjoy. Only slight niggles were 1) My sight-impaired wife hit her head on the exposed spiral staircase in the lounge area 2) Flies - not many but this is on a farm site. Overall, would certainly recommend this place - it is spacious and although there were only the two of us, it can accommodate up to five people.
