The space
Penthouse Three is situated on the Teignmouth/Shaldon side of the building with views across to Portland Bill lighthouse (near Weymouth) on the left, extending all the way along the Jurassic Coastline, and along to Torbay, Brixham, Shaldon, Ringmore, and up through the Teign Estuary towards Dartmoor. The apartment is on two levels and has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with Superking bed has an ensuite which features a walk in shower and there is a separate family bathroom with bath. Each bedroom features a wall hung flat screen television. The open plan living/dining and kitchen area has two large sofas one of which turns into a sofa bed for extra guests. There is a dining table to seat 6 and access to the balcony which wraps around the entire apartment.

Our guests privately rent the entire apartment. There are no personal items and nobody will be intruding upon your stay.

Other things to note
At Riviera Apartments, Teignmouth we have five apartments in total but your apartment will be completely private to you. The private lift is used by Riviera Apartments only and there is a secure entrance on street level. The garage is for use of Riviera Apartments guests only.
