This stylish, spacious apartment has a large terrace with lovely sea views. The terrace has quality patio furniture for dining al-fresco, 2 sun loungers, a coffee area and a gas BBQ.
The lounge is well furnished, bright and airy and has a dining area and patio doors to the terrace.
The Master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and bidet. There is also a full family bathroom with shower for the use of the other bedrooms and a guest toilet.
Well fitted American style kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a shared swimming pool (not heated) set in gardens, open all year round.
The space
Lovely 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom, first floor apartment situated in a quiet area of Cabopino Golf. The property is spacious at 176 square meters. There is a double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is a smart T.V with IPTV with some UK and other channels, WIFI provided free of charge.
There is a security alarm system which must be set whenever you leave the property. It is simple to use. There is a camera on the terrace, which is not monitored, and we can only get the footage on request from the alarm company in the event of an incident.
Guest access
Cabopino Golf clubhouse is a 5-minute walk and offers breakfast and lunch at a good price, the nearest fairway just 100 mtrs. Cabopino also boasts a lovely marina and fabulous beaches considered amongst the best on the coast with protected sand dunes. There are a variety of water sports available.
The shared swimming pool is set in well-maintained gardens with some sun loungers available on a first-come first-served basis.

Cabopino Break

Felt it was a little bit too isolated and the car was essential. Initial handover was hurried and felt more information could have been given regarding refuse bins, operating wasmachine. The rep. also said she would bring light bulbs for bedside lamps but never returned. We had to use our own initiative to solve the issue. I’m the master bedroom the mattress protector was too small and difficult to tuck in to stay in place. This was also the case with the fitted sheet and it would be good for me owner to address this issue by purchasing new bedding. We would also like to comment on our disappointment with the sun loungers and the absence of cushioned pads. The loungers were uncomfortable. We did raise this but we did not get a response. Overall it was a little disappointing as we felt several things needed replaced eg the television was very small,. On reflection unlikely to return.
