Gorgeous 4 bedroom family villa with private pool, front line to the Golf Course

Luxury 4 x bedroom detached villa with private pool, located within the Fuerteventura Golf Resort in Caleta de Fuste.

Furnished to a superb standard the villa is situated on the front line to the golf course looking out onto the 17th Tee within the prestigious Campo De Golf development (once host to the Spanish open). Ideally located in a quiet and private cul-de-sac which also provides amazing views to both the ocean and the golf course itself.

Local amenities include the Atlantico shopping center, bars, bowling alley, 10 x screen cinema, restaurants and beach are a 10-15 minute stroll away.

The villa facilities includes a 10m x 4m pool with flume slide, a second smaller pool, outside terraced areas, sun loungers for 8 guests, a comfortable outdoor seating area that is shaded, an outdoor dining area with Canarian style BBQ.

There is also Table Tennis, an outdoor Pool Table and golf putting green, whilst from the large roof terrace area you can admire the wonderful panoramic views.

Internally the villa has a fully equipped Kitchen, a large bright & spacious open plan living / dining room, with flat screen Smart TV, FREE fibre optic wifi, and a TV system with UK Channels, Movies, Sports and much more. The Master bedroom has a King size bed & en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There are 3 further bedrooms, one double & two with single twin beds & a further bathroom with a huge walk-in shower, toilet & double wash basins.

The private pool can be heated at a supplement of £85 per week. Air-Conditioning (in the 4 bedrooms) can also be added at a cost of £165 per week.

The villa is gorgeous and has everything needed for families/group of friends. All bedrooms are spacious with good size built in wardrobes. Location is part of golf course on a quiet street and very close to restaurants and shops beside the Sheraton Hotel. Centre of Caleta De Fuste is only 20 min walk along the beautiful promenade. Would highly recommend Villa Pearetree and will definitely be back

Great Relaxing Stay

Great villa, lovely quiet location but still within walking distance to the resort. Great host. Paid extra for the pool to be heated which we were glad we did. Garden, bigger than expected with lots to do and plenty of loungers.. Would love to go back.

Very nice villa

Beautiful villa!! Clean and spacious. Lovely furnishings and decor inside and out.

Wonderful stay at Pearetree villa. Quiet location in residential area but only 15 min walk to large supermarket and lovely beach. Well equipped kitchen. Table-tennis and pool tables valued extras and great fun. Lovely pool and plenty of sunbathing areas.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful villa, great communication and seamless check in and out. Villa is in a great location only 10mins walk from beach and shops. Very well equipped, a real home from home. We paid extra and had the pool heated and was worth every single penny. Have already suggested this villa to family and friends looking for a week of winter sun.

Spent 10 days at Pearetree Villa in a group of 5 adults and one child. The villa itself is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, a good range of cooking utensils and two good sized bathrooms (one en-suite). The living room area is comfortable with a large flat screen TV. The four bedrooms (2 x doubles, 2 x twins) are of a good size & there’s plenty of hanging/storage space throughout. Outdoors provides a good sized private pool with a fun slide & smaller pool. A ping pong table, small putting area and pool table give plenty of options for more fun. The villa itself is about a 15 minute stroll from the Atlantico shopping mall which has a good sized supermarket available. The most expensive taxi ride we took, to the centre of Caleta de Fuste was always less than 5. Communication with Cheryl the host was straightforward throughout with any queries always answered promptly. Steve, from the property management team attended during our stay for routine tasks ie pool cleaning & towel/bedding change and, again, was helpful Overall I was more than satisfied with Pearetree Villa and would recommend to any large family or friend groups looking for comfortable, quality accommodation

Another fabulous week

We had another amazing week in this villa. It has absolutely everything we required. The pool is amazing, the outside space is perfect and we love the added bonus of the pool table and ping pong table. The air conditioning was an absolute god send - thanks Cheryl for suggesting it !

Fabulous Villa

We had an amazing time at Villa Peartree. We have stayed in a number if villas over the 13 yrs we have visited Caleta and Villa Peartree is one of the best. It had everything we needed to meet the needs of all family members. It was modern, spacious and clean. The pool was fabulous and the pool table and table tennis gave us hours of evening fun. 100% recommend and will definitely be back 😀

Good Distance From Facilities

Villa is close to Atlantico and multiple restaurants in the hotel area. Walking distance to town is around 25 minutes where there are far more bars and restaurants and is slightly more lively and open later. Villa has enough facilities to keep families with kids busy as the pool table was enjoyed by my nephew who was staying across the road at another villa. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay on the golf course as it is ideally located.

Great villa in excellent location

Thanks Cheryl, we had a great stay at your villa. It had everything we could possibly need and more. The swimming pool is a great size and my kids loved it. Nice area and easy walk to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Would definitely come back. Golf course looked great too but didn't get the chance to play. Maybe next time!

Wonderful villa

We went with our daughter and Grandchildren villa was everything as seen in photos and more Loved it pool amazing villa itself spotless Wi-Fi was fast considering there was 7 of us using it Would love to come back so would the family a ten minute walk to the shops again children loved it as we saw the chipmunks on the way A big thank you to Steve who greeted us and was so helpful also cleaned the pool regularly for us Highly recommend this villa as my husband and I have stayed in a few in the past definitely this is one of the best Thanks Cheryl

Beautiful villa

Enjoyed a wonderful few nights here with friends. Communication with Cheryl was good and check in process was easy with Steve. Villa was clean, spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space is great, furniture is comfortable, pool is shaded (winter) and plenty to keep you occupied. 30 min walk to White Centre and 15 to Atlantico. Taxis only 3 euros. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
