Hi, Carmel! Thank you for your lovely feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you had a great time at Birchgate and found the cottage comfortable and very conveniently located. It’s such a peaceful spot while still being close to everything Keswick has to offer. Thank you as well for mentioning the arrival. As Birchgate is tucked away, we do provide full directions, address details, and arrival instructions in the guest guide, but we appreciate that first arrivals can still sometimes be a little tricky, especially when you're excited to check in! We're always on the other end of the phone, anyway. We’re delighted you enjoyed your stay overall and would be very happy to welcome you back again in the future. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages
