Good Location

The apartment was spotless when we arrived and this was our 3rd time at this apartment as we love the location. I am not complaining but it’s the 3rd year we are telling you that the clock is not working it is always stating the wrong time.

Fabulous Location

The apartment was in a good spot for having a good walk on the promenade, both directions took you to great places Cabopino or La Cala. The apartment was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen loved our stay there, we have already booked for next year. A rubbish bin and hooks to hang dressing gown on in main bathroom.

Fabulous location, super accommodation

Really excellent location right on the beach and with easy access to the coastal boardwalk. Secure community with lovely pool and well-maintained gardens and the apartment itself has everything you need. Terrace gets the sun all day and the development itself is quiet (in low-mid season anyway). The small welcome pack and free toiletries was a lovely touch. Walking distance to wide variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets and well-served by online delivery services. Good access to the main coast road. There were no instructions on how to operate the aircon, washing machine etc but figured it out eventually. The showers are a bit tight space-wise.

Lovely apartment

The location was amazing, gorgeous little bar onsite too. The pool was good, needed a bit of a clean but overall lovely size and temperature. Fantastic patio area and the bedrooms were a decent size. The instructions were clear and so helpful to find where we were going, the staff were so helpful in sorting the taxi and issues with air con too. You pay for location as the cost was high for the size and quality of the apartment, that being said it was worth it for how close you are to everything. Its a shame the aircon was on a timer as it got very hot in the night when this switched off. We had an issue with aircon and hadnt realised there was an emergency number to call but once I emailed the team they sent somebody to look at it straight away.

Die Schlafzimmer sind leider sehr dunkel. Im Bad hat es nicht gut gerochen. Ameisen hatten wir auch in der Wohnung. Aber es war alles sauber. Der Pool war auch sehr schön und man konnte das Meer hören und sehen. Die Wohnung war ok aber nicht mehr die beste. Alles in die Jahre gekommen.

Très belle maison idéalement située

Maison en très bon état, emplacement parfait face à la mer, proximité des commerces, 1 bar sur place. Manque de vaiselle (ex tasses non adaptées à la machine Nespresso, pas de boles, 1 seul saladier). Pendant notre séjour pas de chaînes de télé françaises (peut-être un dysfonctionnement temporaire)
