ACCOMMODATION
This fantastic 3 bed property is beautifully furnished to cater for your every need and is set in a secure, partly gated development. On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining area with full IPTV with English/Scandinavian speaking channels plus wi-fi.

The property comprises of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and air con units. Upstairs is a large double bedroom with en suite shower room, and plenty of storage. There are doors leading onto its own large sun terrace with beautiful views of the sea, sun loungers a dining area.

The villa comes with full air conditioning throughout. There is a further terrace leading from the lounge which overlooks the communal pool & gardens to the front giving you breakfast sunshine, plus garden space to the back giving you sunshine until the sun sets.

The villa is a short stroll to the popular Villamartin Plaza with its fabulous restaurants, shops and bars.

Beach
La Zenia beach is your closest beach where you will find a beach bar and restaurant with sun loungers and parasols for hire. Most of the beaches in the area have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you.

Golf
The Orihuela Costa is a picturesque location perfectly located on Costa Blanca South of Spain. Courtesy of the surrounding airports, hotels, and many golf courses, Orihuela Costa has very much become a sought after and lively golfing destination.

If you are travelling for golf specifically, or are hoping to include golf in your plans then be assured that you are within 5 to 15 minutes from a number of Spain’s most popular golf courses.

What a lovely well kept Villa. The owners should be very proud to own such a property. Very well equiped and a very comfortable stay. Close to plaza resturants and bars and a stones throw from the golf courses. Look forward to coming back. Hosted very well by Sharon.
