Perfect location with spacious private parking. Only a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the charming village of Mumbles with its numerous boutiques, restaurants, and café shops. The L terrace and rose garden leads into an ideal children's play area and dog walkers’ paradise at the back of Oystermouth castle. The location is perfect for exploring the Gower peninsula and its renowned National Park and famous beaches. Sea Breeze offers a charming open plan design with a well-equipped kitchen offering a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. The dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV, ideal for a relaxing social gathering. The large double lounge French doors allows a continuation of the romantic ambience of Sea Breeze to pass through to the cosy outside terrace and the relaxing garden chairs and sea view ideal for a coffee or aperitive. Sea Breeze sleeps up to 6 persons with 1 King sized bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 2 single beds in the mansard. The beds are extremely comfortable with a different assortment of pillows and hotel standard bed linen, towels, and dressing gowns. There are 3 bathrooms in total which includes an en- suite in the loft. Each offers a shower with a bathtub furnished in the principal bathroom. All linens and towels are washed at 60 degrees and changed after every stay with the utmost care taken over hygiene standards. Let us know if you want a baby highchair, potty, baby bathtub and cot with a changing facility as these can be set up before your arrival. The house offers free wi-fi and a selection of books and board games. Multi plugs with USB attachments can be found in each bedroom. Sea Breeze offers a picnic basket with all amenities for the perfect day out for 6 persons and a hose pipe attachment outside the main front door with a seat to wash your feet after a day out on the beach.
Sea Breeze supplies re-cycling bins and bags to comply with local council protocols with guidelines and collection dates displayed on the fridge door.
Most pets are welcome and can stay free but please let us know so that conditions can be discussed in advance.

Excellent place to stay. Great communication with the host. Amazing location - a short walk to the beach, Mumbles Coffee shop, or the nearby Castle. Perfect for families. Clean, comfortable, would definitely stay there again.
It is an updated property, but very comfortable and cozy for a family stay. The owners went above and beyond expectations by paying particular attention to every small detail. They fulfilled every pre-arrival request and provided local recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Would recommend this property for any traveler. Private parking is a definite plus.

This was a beautiful home with a wonderful back patio butting up to a green space. You could see the bay from it and the castle was a short walk away. A car would be useful but we took advantage of the bus and some extremely kind neighbours to view the sites. Lots of restaurants, shops and pubs within walking distance. We highly recommend this as a place to stay.
Great little property located off the beaten path. Walking distance to downtown mumbles for pubs, food, coffee, etc. Pippin's, mumbles coffee, and dark horse tavern were all great and an easy walk. We had a great time exploring and taking day trips. Property was also nice and cozy when the weather got a bit... Welsh (as Jeremy Clarkson says). Would stay again.

We could find literally nothing negative to say - and we tried to think of everything!
This is a really fab house for a stay in the Gower. Well appointed for all the local hotspots, comfy beds, an excellent, fully equipped kitchen, lovely terrace outside leading to the woods and the Castle, loads of storage and seating areas and really lovely hosts who genuinely care that you (and ALL members of your party) have everything you need. Loved the toiletries and the treats especially! Would absolutely recommend.

Such a great vacation home....everything you could possibly need during your stay...the hosts have everything covered and more! The house is lovely, clean, tastefully decorated and has all those little extras that make your stay that much more comfortable. Spacious, dog friendly and a short walk into Mumbles....if only the weather was as perfect as the accommodation and hosts! My kids loved the house...huge tv with great channel selection, fast wifi, comfy beds, dressing gowns, plush towels....everything was so well thought through.

Excellent communication from start to finish , with the owners , who were so helpful and accommodating.
The house was brilliantly equipped and presented , cleaned to an exceptionally high standard and the location and on site parking were great. A kind welcome pack provided to and the dog bowls and treats a nice touch also.
The beds were very comfortable , sofas great, brilliant large smart , new TV , better than our home one , my daughter remarked. Really enjoyed the garden that backs onto the nice green gardens / park at the back which was perfect for our dogs. We will definitely return to this accommodation. Teenagers could wander safely into town and it was an ideal base.

We stayed at this House for 10 days . It was very nice, clean, and looked after. The very friendly owners showed up just after we arrived to answer any questions. Everything you would possibly need is there, even a grill. The kitchen is very good, the House has 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The Couch in the livingroom is very comfortable, Perfect for a rest After a long walk .
The carpark in front of the House was big enough for pur van.
The area around Mumbles is just great. Lots of Things to See and do.
The Weather was ….Well ist was a welsh Summer.
No sign of climate change here.
We fell in love with Wales, the Welsh perplex, the house and will be back.
All in all Its a 10 out of 10.

This was a brilliant house for a short stay with the family and two dogs. Very well equipped throughout with lots of thoughtful touches. Three good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage space and super comfy beds. Three bathrooms with loads of hot water. Small garden space overlooking an open grass area and trees, handy for dogs, and the sea beyond. A short walk along the sea front to the High Street with a good selection of independent shops, very friendly area. Would highly recommend
Having been let down on our rental property we found this at a days notice and thank god we did !
