Relax at the beautiful gated St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Club Condo Resort in St Augustine Beach.

Hi we want to welcome you to our beautiful condo rental on St Augustine Beach.

First of all, we are the owners and furnished our condo with new beds, TV's, and a comfortable leather couch that folds out into a sleeper with a memory foam mattress.

This warm and inviting 3rd floor unit in courtyard building with outdoor Jacuzzi is beautifully decorated with a beach theme. It has ceramic tile throughout, new granite bathroom vanities and new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. There are 3 flat screen TV's, DVD player, cable, phone, and free WIFI.

This condo will comfortably sleep 6

Condo #2303 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a brand new comfortable king size bed and flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have plenty of drawer and closet space.

The living room has a new leather pull-out sofa with upgraded queen memory foam mattress.

The open dining area seats 6 with counter seating.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances, microwave, icemaker, toaster, blender and coffee maker.

Need to go online? There is free Wi-Fi and a work station for your laptop and 2 USB charging ports.

You also have private access to the famous St. Augustine Beach with a ramp for easy access. Enjoy the tropical courtyard Jacuzzi just steps from your door, 2 pools (one is heated during the cooler months), and tennis courts. In addition, the property has a housed in gate house with a 24 hour Community Service Officer.

The property is also minutes from groceries, restaurants and shopping. We are 6 miles from historic old town St. Augustine.

Beautiful condo in a quiet complex with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The pool is gorgeous and the grounds very well taken care of. Downtown to historic St. Augustine just a short ride away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful beach access

The location cannot be beat. Overlooking the main pool and close easy entrance to the beach. The master bathtub could use some work and was dirty on check in but the rest of the condo was spotless so nothing worrisome. The property was great for our vacation and the on site amenities are great. There is no elevator and it’s the third floor so be prepared to get your steps in! The owners are quick to communicate and provided great instruction in a timely manor!

Property was very nice. Condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked (other than teaspoons) we didn’t cook during this vacation, even though we usually do. Towels/Linens were nice. They provided beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. Owners are very friendly. We ask to stay and extra day about a week before we visited and they were able to arrange that for us, with the cleaning crew. All in all great little place. We would visit again.

Peaceful and cold

Property was as advertised. Weather was not very cooperative but that has nothing to do with the unit. Managed to get in the heated pool and do some laps without company. Lots of good food nearby. I would put a longer mat in second bathroom tub. Almost slipped a couple times and I noticed the towel rod in the tub is gone.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean

Our family enjoyed our stay because it was spacious and we had plenty of room for four. It was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were great with communicating information by being clear and concise before our arrival. The condo had beach supplies which was so convenient and allowed us more room in our car. Everything you will need is provided in the condo for cooking. The beds were comfortable and our kids enjoyed having a TV at night in their room. We enjoyed having a hot tub close to our room. The pools were also close to our room which was nice. Using the door code to access the rental was very easy. We liked having our privacy and it was quiet and perfect for families.

Stay Near The Beach

The property was in a great location. It needed a little updating. The ice machine did not work well. But , on the whole, it was good. Kitchen was well equipped and the unit was very clean. The hot tub in the building worked the first day but did not heat up the last few days. We did report it to the office and we’re told we could use the hot tub in any other building. We did enjoy the stay and the location was very convenient to the beach and restaurants. We also appreciated the security at the complex.

If you have any kind of handicap this is not the place for you.

An elevator or no elevator should be in the description of this condo. Having 3 back surgeries it was difficult getting up the amount of steps to the 3rd floor.

We liked having a lot of amenities and this was also unique. We didn't like having to use the stairs without having an option to use an elevator due to our mother's are senior's. If we would've known that previously we would have chosen a downstairs condo. My seventy year old mom slipped and almost fell. Anti-slip tape needs to be added to all stairs. And make sure this is expressed in the details of the upstair condos! Signs are posted at the property only. Also, the sofa-bed was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Other than those things, the condo was equipped with more than most condos! Just bring your clothes and food only. That's all you will need! Thank you Jeffrey for everything! We did enjoy ourselves!

Great anniversary trip

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary/late honeymoon. We loved it! The location was very convenient, as we went to downtown St. Augustine everyday. It was very nice to have a private beach access from the condo. It was also a plus with it being a gated community and having a guard there 24/7. The condo is just as described in the listing and photos. It was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Perfect stay for a couple or small family.

Relaxing in St Augustine

The resort is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. It’s a nice quiet area with two pools and direct ocean access. The unit we stayed in was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very handy to many of the local beach bars and restaurants and not too far a drive to the old town with its many attractions and restaurants.

As locals we know all the great restaurants and places to go. We love Old Town and urge all our guests to get up there for at least one day to enjoy the history of the oldest city in the USA.

You will love this Condo because of its private beach entrance, and its proximity to great restaurants, shopping and of course, Old town St Augustine.

The most common compliment we receive from previous guests is how modern it is compared to other Condos in the resort. If you like a cheerful beach decor you will love our condo. Also, we replaced the standard slow WiFi common in the resort with high speed Xfinity so you will not struggle online with slow connections.

To those of you considering St Augustine as a vacation spot, we guarantee you will love this place. So much to do and a great place to relax.

We fell in love with this condo because of the upgraded features and you can't beat a short stroll to our gated private beach entrance.

The Condo has been decorated in a beach style so you can fully enjoy the Salt Life!

Off course having a heated Jacuzzi in the courtyard of our building is a great way to wind down after a day at the beach or walking around old town St Augustine.
