Beautifully renovated and with stunning views across open farmland to the Lomond Hills, this is a perfect choice for couples or small families at any time.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Travel cot available on request. Welcome pack.. Grounds with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in grounds of the property.. With uninterrupted views across stunning countryside, Steading Cottage is a traditional stone property which has been fully renovated on the inside to provide stylish accommodation with a rustic feel. This traditional stone cottage was once part of a farm steading, which has been successfully converted to provide holiday accommodation to an excellent standard.

Steading Cottage, where all accommodation has the advantage of being at ground floor level, enjoys the welcoming comfort of a wood burning stove, making this cottage a cosy choice, whatever the season! The property is tastefully furnished throughout and is very well appointed. Steading Cottage is situated on a working farm at West Newton of Balcanquhal, only 2 miles from the pretty, rural village of Glenfarg where amenities include a shop, play park and tennis courts.

Steading Cottage is idyllically positioned for those seeking a single storey tranquil, rural retreat surrounded by magnificent scenery in the heart of Perth and Kinross, coupled with being an excellent base to explore the many delights on offer across Central Scotland and beyond. Beach 18½ miles. Pub and restaurant 4 miles.

Lovely warm accommodation with comfortable beds.

Lovely warm accommodation with comfortable beds. Beautiful scenery all around. Lots to do and see in area. We used park and ride from Dunfermline a 20 minute drive to go to Edinburgh for day. Short and beautiful drive to Perth to see new museum housing the stone of destiny which was excellent. The nearest supermarket I think was at Kinross 10 minutes away. Leven Larder very close by great farm shop and restaurant.
