On arrival it was all ready for us with a welcoming bottle of wine and a tray bake of Rocky Road and also freshly cut flowers . The layout of the cottage was very good and had things we didn’t expect like milk, bread, tea bags, coffee and essentials for the first night. The cottage is close to Great Ayton which is a lovely village with shops and a coop and a big Tesco/ Aldi is only 7 miles away. Lots of activities close like Captain Cooks monument which you can see from cottage and woodland/ moorland walks. Andrea called a few days before to introduce herself and said if we needed anything to give her a call. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely return and recommend to others. Loved it
