This is a real gem of a place - very good location for touring the Island and a well-stocked, comfortable home. The screened porch, large table and comfortable beds and furniture add to the value. All in all, an excellent stay!
Our stay was excellent. The house had everything we needed and we were very comfortable during our stay. The host lives next door, so she was very helpful in giving recommendations for restaurants, etc.; she also was able to tell we wouldn’t be in until late and came over to turn on some lights for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!
Beautiful spot , quiet area with nice clean house with walking by the ocean access . We seen a beautiful blue heron and some bald eagles right off shore by the house . Bed here were also comfortable and everything was very clean and well cared for. Gorgeous location close to a gorgeous national park . Pearl the host was very friendly and informative .
We enjoyed our stay at The Martin, September 2026. PEI is a very special place to visit and The Martin is a great location for enjoying the surrounding areas. Pearl could not have been more welcoming! The house is lovely and well equipped, with all the necessities to make for a comfortable stay. The views from the house were lovely, and the screened porch was an added bonus. Thank you, Pearl for helping to make our time on PEI so special.
We just finished a three night stay at this property. It was everything we could have wanted. Well equipped kitchen, furnishings very comfortable. 3 bedrooms, 2 washrooms close to beautiful beaches and fun little towns. Pearl, our host was lovely and greeted us when we arrived answered any questions we had and then left us to enjoy our mini vacation. Highly recommended
Nice big house. Pretty view from the deck. Good spot for children as it has a big back yard. Plenty of dishes and cutlery, glasses etc. Just a heads up to bring your own shampoo and body wash as none provided. TV in almost every room. Beds were okay. Overall a nice place to stay.

Christine, For shampoo, and body wash you should have stayed at a hotel. Pearl
Well-equipped, comfortable cottage with beautiful views in a fantastic location. We appreciated a visit and helpful, local tips from our host. We had a fantastic stay.
Very comfortable and spacious for our party of 4. Rained most of the time we were in P.E.I. and was like a home away from home where we could return from a day of adventures, prepare a full meal and then just chill and enjoy the evenings. The host was readily available if needed and ensured that if we were having issues operating anything, she came over to fix the issue right away.Be prepared for low water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, we would definitely return to this location again.
A wonderful property in a great location near beaches, restaurants, Charlottetown, etc. Very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, relaxing view of the bay, and nice screened-in porch. We plan to stay again!
Homely well positioned well run friendly.Pearl was a most helpful host very knowledgeable and kind.Ace in the whole beautiful dog friendly beach 5 mins away and star of the show a bald headed eagle roosting at the end of the garden
The Martin was clean, comfortable and well appointed. It made a great home base for exploring the island. Pearl was very welcoming and provided great tips on what to see and do.
Very nice and quiet. Away from the busy tourist areas. View of a bay was nice. Accommodations were as advertised - just great !! and Pearl was so helpful with any questions.
