A first floor modern apartment with a south facing balcony, set on a private complex in a peaceful and quiet location. Which is 5 minutes walk to the Beach, shops and restaurants.
This up and coming quiet and peaceful complex of Las Orquideas is centrally located in the town of Puerto del Carmen, offering easy access to public or private transport for you to explore this wonderful island.
All amenities, including supermarkets, the large clean beach and many excellent restaurants along the Avenida de las Playas are within strolling distance.
