You are greeted by a bright living room that houses a kitchenette, a table for 4 and two armchairs with a 40\'\' smart TV. From here you go up a wooden staircase to the master bedroom (mattress size 160 x 190 cm) on the scaffolding. Returning to the first level, you will find on the left of the entrance the bathroom with shower and the small room with a single bed (mattress measures 90 x 190 cm) overlooking the inner courtyard.
High-speed fiber FTTC Internet connection.
Heating: independent with split.
Air conditioning: one split in the living area and one in the bedroom.
Double glazed windows.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: 300.00 € to be guaranteed upon arrival by credit card.
STAY TAX: Tourist tax of 7,00€ per person per night, for the first 7 nights of stay only for those over 12 years old.
