Beautiful One Bedroom Condo with Panoramic Ocean Views.

Enhanced Cleaning recommended by WHO/CDC have been implemented. After thorough cleaning with soap, all surfaces will then be disinfected. All touch points will also be disinfected. (Key pads, door knobs, light switches, faucets, toilet flushes, garbage cans, remote controls, cabinet knobs ) . There will be a minimum of 1 day vacancy between booking to allow ample time for cleaning and disinfecting.
Building 16 is in the center of the village on the greenbelt in a quiet location away from the roads. 16E is an upper floor unit with sweeping views of the ocean looking right down the greenbelt. It has a large lanai, king bed in the bedroom with a flat screen TV, split system A/C with separate controls for the bedroom and living room. The living room has new carpeting and furnishings and a 55 inch smart TV. The kitchen has new appliances and beautiful ocean views. From the bedroom lanai sunrise over My Haleakala is an awesome site.

Wailea Ekahi Village16E has valted ceilings and is located in the center of the village away from road noises. The Ekahi 16E kitchen is fully equipped. Included with the picturesque ocean view from the kitchen window, is a complete set of dishes and silverware with all the necessities and extras you'll find right in your own kitchen at home. Full size range with large oven and broiler, microwave, toaster, large capacity refrigerator, dual sided sink with disposal, blender, extensive sets of cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutlery and a built-in dishwasher to help get you back to the beach in a hurry. There's plenty of space in the living room and dining room to relax and read, enjoy a good meal, watch television, listen to your favorite music or watch the whales go by (in season). With the west facing, oversized sliding glass door and 30 foot high vaulted ceilings, the living room and dining room have a very open, light and airy feeling. The spacious bedroom has a king size bed with brand new mattress and box springs. Morning views from the bedroom lanai bring you stunning sunrises over Haleakala, the world's largest dormant volcano. From the bedroom lanai you will also enjoy the lush, tropical garden settings throughout the eastern hillsides of Ekahi Village.

We really enjoyed this unit. It was very clean, well stocked and beautiful. The view is absolutely wonderful. I love the large picture window right at the sink, showing the palm trees and the ocean. How perfect can you get! The owner is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit. In fact, we have already booked to return next year.

Amazing in every way!

This is the most beautiful property and location. We can’t say enough good things about it. The condo was the best equipped VRBO property we’ve ever stayed in. The view is incredible. All of the amenities of this complex couldn’t be better. The snorkeling is fantastic in and around the beach in front of the complex and we took daily advantage of that. Perfect Condo for Wailea

16E is a perfect upper floor condo in the Ekahi Village! We’ve been going to the Ekahi for years and never tried staying in a second floor unit. This unit had a beautiful view of the ocean and was in a perfect location. We weren’t close to the road and we were close enough to the pool and pavilion area that we could come up and grab things in a short walk. We loved staying here and will definitely be back!

We have stayed at Ekahi for many years and we always love it. The beach is great for swimming and walking and the beach front pool is always warm! This unit worked very well for us but is a little bit of a walk if you have little ones, strollers etc. Not the worst but not great. The unit was well equipped and clean and had everything we were looking for. Great sunsets from lanai.

We absolutely love these condos. You can not get any better on Maui than this - at this price point. Wonderful beach and fantastic snorkeling right out your front door. Turtles and fish !! The grounds are so meticulous and gorgeous !! The main pool and kitchen area is fabulous. If you aren’t in the mood for allot of people go to one of the other 3 or 4 pools. The balcony is perfect for drinking wine or coffee - just heaven. The host was great to work with. SO many great places close by. Aloha

We recently spent nine days in Maui and couldn't have been more pleased with our condo and choosing to stay in the Wailea area. The grounds were well kept with beautiful flowers. Ocean view. Not too bad a walk to pool and ocean. Condo was really nice. Air unit in bedroom and den but really not needed as condo has many, many window slats that create great wind circulation. The condo is in great location, close to Shops of Wailea, golf courses and restaurants. We visited Kapaula while golfing and dined at a resort and we were pleased we had gone the condo route. Condo has a grill which we used twice. Highly recommend this property. Owner aims to please. Aloha!

Great Condo!

The property is well managed and maintained. Gardeners are constantly working and maintaining the property which makes it absolutely beautiful! The pool and and pavilion are also clean and well maintained. Easy access to a wonderful beach. Our unit had AC in the living room and bedroom which added to our comfort. We would definitely stay here again.

This property has a fantastic location close to the beach! There are 3 pools one that is right at the beach entrance. BBQs were recently removed from unit decks and are now in central locations. A bit inconvenient but most condo complex’s are going this route due to insurance. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was just as described, couldn't ask for more. The view was outstanding, wether you sit out on the lanai or inside with the air conditioning, the view down the green belt and the ocean is great. The TV was the largest I've seen in a condo, perfect to wind down at the end of the night with a movie. Beach chairs and large umbrellas saved us the headache of going somewhere to rent. Everything was very clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

Dream location right at the beach

The Eikea Village is a wonderful quiet location to stay right next to the wonderful Wilea beaches in Maui. Just a short walk down the lawn and you are at the beach. After watching the sun set in the evening, you can continue swimming in the illuminated pool. There is also a small reef to snorkel and see lots of different fishes right next to the beach acess of the village. The condo itself had everything to ask for, washer/dryer, A/C living room and bed room, wifi, TV with Netflix, equipped kitchen. Would definitely come here again for our next Maui visit.

In 2010 we purchased our first unit at Ekahi.

Ekahi Village is a unique Low Rise Complex set on 35 beautiful landscaped acres with open greenbelt areas. It was the first beach front complex built in Wailea. In front is Keawakapu Beach, an uncrowded beach lined with multi million homes.

What makes this property unique

Large Ocean Front Pool and Pavilion, plus 3 additional pools. There are also a Paddle Board Court and Shuffle Board. Walking Distance to all the 5 Star Hotels in Wailea and Wailea Shopping Center.
