This spacious apartment is located in the heart of Málaga, next to Plaza Uncibay. Fully renovated and decorated with luxurious details, it offers a very bright space with spacious rooms.

Upon entering the apartment, we find a hallway that leads to the rest of the property. To the right of the hallway is the kitchen, which is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a dining table and chairs.

Following a hallway from the entrance, we access the first bedroom on the right, which features a double bed (150x200 cm) and a wardrobe. Next to this bedroom is the living-dining room, which is very spacious and filled with natural light thanks to the large windows. The living room has a cozy dining area and a comfortable sitting area with TV and two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 8 people.

From the living-dining room, the rest of the rooms are accessed. Continuing down the hallway, we first find the bathroom on the right, fully equipped with a spacious bathtub. Further down the hallway, we access the second bedroom, which has a double bed (180x200 cm) and a large walk-in closet.

Halfway down the hallway is a full bathroom with a shower tray, and at the end, we find the third bedroom, which has two single beds (90x200 cm) and a built-in wardrobe.

The apartment boasts an excellent location, situated next to Plaza Uncibay and just a few meters from the Picasso Museum of Málaga, in an area filled with cultural and gastronomic options.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
