Appliances include an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a TV and WiFi. Outside, there is parking for one car and a garden with a gravelled area and picnic bench. A cot, stairgate, and highchair available on request and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free home. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: The gym is available for guests over the age of 18 and is open Monday to Thursday, 5pm to 7pm. Note: Registered assistance dogs are accepted on-site with registration paperwork; however, they will need to adhere to on-site rules and not be left alone in the property - prior agreement from the centre will be required - paperwork is required to be submitted at the time of final payment to arrival. Note: No stag/hen parties allowed.
