Good location, but it ends there.

The location was great. Good bus and tube connections to everywhere. Lots of good restaurants nearby. And of course fantastic Camden Market. Then there is the flat. To be honest, it is quite dated. First of all the beds were uncomfortable to sleep on. And for your knowledge, the sounds of the street are quite loud, so prepare for it. (but that must ascribe from the thin windows, and I think that's normal in the UK.) The barstools under the kitchen table were so high, that is was hard to squeeze on them. But the flat was quite cheap, so the expectations weren't high, even though you need a good night sleep. Overall, if you are looking some flat to stay in Camden Town or anywhere near, consider on some other options if good night sleep is important to you.

Great location to stay

This place was perfect for our family of 4, with 2 teens. Close to the tube and buses and lots of nice restaurants and cafe's for breakfast. Bonus having AC, not that we needed it all that much, but my husband likes it to sleep at night and washing machine to clean small loads of clothes.

Good location-so-so management

The location near the Underground, the Overground as well as the supermarket is excellent. The check-in was difficult: no keys in the box, no answer at the door, delays in communications with management. The flat was clean but there were tiny ants in the kitchen … the counters need to be replaced. All appliances as advertised, clean and sufficient sheets and towels, clothes washer worked well.

Next door to Camden Market

The apartment was nice, clean and spacious. The property manager responded quickly when we had an issue. I truly appreciated the lift in the building for getting our luggage to the room. Suggestions: 1) replace the bar stools with shorter ones, we couldn't sit with our legs under the counter. 2) the lock-box for the keys should be at the building, if at all possible. We arrived with a lot of luggage and it was pouring down rain, but we had to walk 2 blocks away for the keys. Other than that it is a very comfortable place to stay.

Good stay in Camden

Stayed at this property for one week in June 2023 with my husband/two teenage sons. Overall, a good stay and we would stay here again in similar circumstances. London is expensive, and we were looking for a central location where our 16 and 18-year-olds could have their own beds. This apartment fits the bill. I'll start with the good/great: Communication with Lucky (property manager) was excellent and several pre-check-in questions were answered promptly. We loved the Camden Town location with easy access to the Underground. We reached all the main London tourist sites within 30 minutes door to door. There is a washing machine/drying rack for laundry which was a very pleasant surprise. The beds were comfortable and we slept well, despite being quite warm in the apartment. We weren't expecting five-star accommodations, but there are some easy fixes that would improve this apartment that are worth mentioning. Several things in the apartment need repairs, The main curtain rod and bathroom towel rack were loose and falling out of the wall. The faucet leaks around the base, leading to mold buildup on the wood countertops. It was hot and there were no working fans. The stools around the counter are too high, making it awkward to sit there as you can't fit your legs under the counter. The couch REALLY needs to be cleaned or replaced--there are big stains on the cushions. Many of the dishes had chips/cracks. Again, we enjoyed our stay--I hope these minor issues get addressed!
