Our home is a perfect place to escape and relax.
A spacious and social downstairs living area leads out into the garden where the sliding doors can be fully opened.
The open plan downstairs is great for socialising, cooking and playing while enjoying the garden and light. Afternoons and evenings are particularly enjoyable as west facing and perfect for sunsets.
Centrally located in Sussex you have country walks, the coast, local villages and Brighton all close by.

Hi, we are Laurianne and Jason. We are teachers with two young children. We love living in Sussex with so much to explore and enjoy as a family.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this home the moment we walked through the kitchen and saw the garden and view. Sunsets are a treat and we love the social space the open plan kitchen, dining and living area offers. So close to Gatwick, Brighton, Horsham, London and all that Sussex has to offer.
What makes this property unique
The house is on a quiet sideroad just south of the centre of Cowfold, near Horsham.
Cowfold is ideally located in the centre of Sussex with many family attractions and places to visit. 10 minutes to Horsham and Burgess Hill. 15 minutes to Haywards Heath, 20 minutes to Brighton and 25 minutes to Shoreham Beach.
There is a Coop 5 minutes walk away, a local farm shop called Jeremys (recommended !) 1 minute drive or 15 min walk, a local pub 3 minute walk and a number of countryside walks around Cowfold. The south downs link and seafront are great nearby walk and bike routes.
There are quick road links to all the nearby villages, towns and motorways (M23 is nearest). Gatwick is 25 minutes away.
