The Conservatory Loft is your ideal place to be in Venice.
Well positioned: the train station is 10 minutes far walking and you can find waterbus stops on the canal in front of the main door.
The apartment is organised in the following way:
- 1 Double Bedroom with private bathroom
- 1 Double Bedroom open space with living room and sofa
- Kitchen
- Dinner Room
- 2 Bathrooms ( one is in the double bedroom)

The context in which it is located is the Cannaregio district, an area that despite being subject to growing tourist pressure is the district that has been able to maintain its "popular" and true Venetian features.
In this area it is not uncommon to see those few Venetian traditions surviving modernity and assaulting tourists.
In fact in Cannaregio you can still meet many bacari, the typical bars frequented by the residents, or see someone who practices the Voga Veneta (Historic Venetian Rowing sport).
The Cannaregio are is well served by supermarkets, shops and other useful services as well.
