CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: Stunning. spacious & light-filled family townhouse located in the Bath city centre, this house provides the perfect home for your holiday and works particularly well for families and large groups. The house is set among all 5 floors of this Georgian Townhouse, featuring 2 living rooms, 6 bedrooms and also comes with 2 free private parking spaces and a spacious private garden to the rear.
The Space:
The main feature of this stunning house is the open plan kitchen/dining room which is located on the ground floor of the house and is fully equipped for cooking and hosting dinner parties and substantial meals. To the rear of the ground floor there is a w/c, utility room and access to the large private garden area, which features outdoor furniture, outdoor lighting & heating and a BBQ for the summer.
On the first floor you will find two large living rooms, which is ideal for families with kids and relaxing after a long day exploring all Bath has to offer. Both living rooms feature large sash windows and original period features & fireplaces.
Four of the six bedroom occupy the second and third floors of the property and all are equipped with premium bedding and linens:
- Bedroom 1 (Master) features a super king size bed.
- Bedroom 2 features a king size bed and en suite.
- Bedroom 3 features a double bed.
- Bedroom 4 features twin single beds.
- The large shared bathroom has its own bath and separate shower.
An additional Bedroom has been added to replace the third living room. Comes with a double bed.
On the lower ground floor you will find the second living area with sofa bed, an additional kitchenette, bathroom and Bedroom 5 which features a king size bed & en suite bathroom.
There are two private parking spaces provided out the back of the property behind the garden area.
Guest Access:
Guests will have sole access to the whole house, garden & parking spaces.
The Neighborhood:
In the heart of Bath, just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants, markets, museums and the Theatre Royal. Green Park Station around the corner hosts a Saturday morning Farmers' Market which is well worth a visit.
Getting Around:
Easy walking distance to countless delights including The Roman Baths, The Thermae Bath Spa, The Jane Austen Centre, The Assembly Rooms, The Royal Crescent, The Circus, The Pump Rooms, Bath Abbey, Pulteney Bridge and The Holborne Museum.

Family weekend
This is a superb beautifully decorated house in the middle of Bath. Perfect for our entire family. We had some difficulty getting into the property but other than that, it all worked well for us.
The house was lovely, very clean and in a brilliant location for all the attractions in Bath. It was well equipped with the bonus of 2 parking spaces and a 24hour car park a few metres away for any extra cars. We all (a group of 4 school friends now in our 60s) enjoyed our 3 night stay and would happily stay there again.
This is a beautiful property right in the heart of Bath. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to the must see sights and for excellent restaurants. Lots of stairs, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. We had a fabulous 4 days and really enjoyed our stay.
We were a group of 13 ladies and the property worked well for us to have our get together and visit Bath.
With three ensuites and a communal bathroom we all had plenty of time to shower and prepare for our outings.
The receptions rooms accomadated us all well and house is feel wonderfully spacious so we didn't ever feel we were on top of each other or tripping over each other.
The outdoor area is fabulous and we only we wish the weather had provided us with more oppurtunity to use it.
The kitchen is really well equiped ( probably the best of the properties I have stayed).
The house is superbly located for walking to town and all the major sights.
We would definitely recommend and stay again if we have the opportunity to all get together and visit Bath again.
