Lovely stay!!

Honeysuckle cottage was fantastic accommodation for us. Stylishly decorated and very comfortable, in a quiet location but only a few steps to the beautiful beach & a couple of high quality cafes/restaurants. Felpham itself is a gem out of the hustle and bustle. Would absolutely recommend & will stay again!

Lovely property but building work next door

The house is lovely and very close to the beach. However, there was building work next door that we were not told about. I complained to Vrbo about this and we settled on a small discount. Also, we were asked to submit an identification verification and pay for additional insurance via "Superhog". This feels like a real scam to me being asked to pay more money on top of the booking.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the property and its location. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the building work next door prior to your stay, but we’re pleased we could offer a gesture of goodwill to address this. To ensure the safety and security of both guests and hosts, we require verification through Superhog as part of the booking process. Additionally, our listing does include the note: "Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges." We understand that this detail, being further down the page, may be easily overlooked. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding. Thank you for sharing your thoughts—it helps us continue to improve.
