The parking, in front of the complex, is free of charge. There is also bus station at only a few minutes walk distance.

The property is located 850 m from Playa Paraiso sand beach, 7 km from Costa Adeje golf course, 400 m from Hiper Dino Express supermarket, 29 km from Aeropuerto Reina Sofia airport, 13 km from Siam Park water park, 36 km from El Teide . The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to a shopping area and restaurants and resort beach.



The complex with the outdoor swimming pool, play area and is located very near to the Playa de Ajabo beach. This lovely calm beach with black sand is suitable for swimming. The beach is surrounded by gardens and has sun loungers and parasols for hire, as well as showers. There are bars and restaurants across the beach, pedestrianised access, steps, ramps, and benches .This calm corner has gentle waves most of the year round.



Prior to or upon arrival at Aqua Vista Tenerife, each guest is required to complete a form providing their contact details. Rest assured, we uphold strict standards of privacy and security in accordance with hospitality industry regulations.



It`s important to note that Aqua Vista Tenerife has a maximum occupancy limit. In the event of additional guests arriving without prior notification, we reserve the right to eject the entire group from the accommodation.



Important: Tenerife’s tropical and humid climate means insects such as cockroaches may occasionally be present inside the property, even in clean and well-maintained properties. This is normal for the island and not considered a cleanliness or maintenance issue. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this as part of the local environment.

Online Pre-Check-In: For a smooth arrival, please complete the online check-in (uploading ID details) before you travel. Keys can only be handed over once this step is done.
