About this property
Sandpiper House (4), Ingoldisthorpe, Norfolk
A super spacious coastal style timber clad detached house in the village of Ingoldisthorpe, Sandpiper House is a perfect hideaway and excellent base for couples, families and groups of friends to enjoy North Norfolk throughout the seasons. There is easy access to good local amenities, some of North Norfolk's most glorious of beaches, and amazing birdlife with Ken Hill, the home to Springwatch only 2 miles away.
Tucked away on a small, exclusive development, Sandpiper House has been built to the highest specification and offers all the benefits of comfortable, contemporary living. Using a palette of muted colours throughout, and with a nod to the nearby coast from decorative items and artworks on the walls, the house has a lovely calm and relaxing vibe. The ground floor living areas are divided by the entrance hallway. To one side, a large open-plan dual aspect sociable kitchen/dining area runs the full length of the house, with enough space for a comfortable seating area at the far end too, where bi-fold doors open to the patio and garden beyond. The kitchen is top notch and, as you might expect, very well equipped. There's a separate sitting room to the other side of the house, also dual aspect, that offers a quieter, more chilled-out option and, with french doors, further access to the garden. In between the two, a useful utility room takes care of the domestic side of life, and there's the convenience of a cloakroom on this level too.
Upstairs, on the first floor, are a choice of two rather luxe beautifully furnished bedrooms. You can choose from either two king-size bedrooms or a king-size and a full-size twin (please choose preferred option at point of booking), all beds with deep quality mattresses. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and there is also a large family bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. Sandpiper House is a light and airy comfortably furnished property where every little detail has been considered to make sure your holiday is complete and hassle free. The enclosed sunny rear garden is ideal for dining al fresco in the summer months.
Ingoldisthorpe is a small, quiet village between the busier villages of Snettisham and Dersingham, on the Wash coast. There are good shops in both villages, and each one has a popular pub. Sandringham House and Houghton Hall are close by, and there's some wonderful walking in on the Peddars Way and North Norfolk Coastal path.
This property can also be booked as a sleeps eight option, with two further bedrooms on the first floor, listed as Sandpiper House.

Three medium size well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
