Place was as advertised. Nice quiet neighborhood and all the amenities you will need at this rental. Dean was great. I would definitely stay here again.
Very conveniently located. With great layout. Kitchen fully equipped and easy to work in. We had 4 adults (2 grandparents and parents). Children are 10 and 6. Dean was a great host! Would stay again!
The property is in a fantastic neighborhood, close to lots of shops and restaurants and easy access to transportation. The apartment itself is spacious and the host was very responsive to messages. Would definitely stay there again!
We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet but with easy access to shopping and the subway. Dean was very accommodating and helpful with our questions.
Great location for family with young adults and teens to sightsee London. Host communication was great -met us at check in, walked us through property and gave neighborhood tips.
This property was an electrical nightmare. The first evening, the washing machine stopped midcycle. A repairman came to fix it. During that night, the empty dryer started even though it was turned off. Later in the week, there was no power in the kitchen, once again a repairman came but was unable to restore power to the lower level which is where all the bedrooms and 2 main bathrooms are. The next day when he brought an extension cord so we could use the washer. Kitchen lights blinked all week, only half the dishwasher worked, towel racks did not heat, the heated floors stopped heating. One evening as we tried to cook dinner, the stove kept turning off all the burners. We googled the issue and learned one of the kitchen pans was not compatible with the stove top. Directions should be left for such things. The main shower did not work properly, the second shower had mold/mildew. The only pan that was suitable for the oven was a muffin tin. Wifi was out several times. When the property manager was contacted, he said he would deal with the numerous issues after our stay, no apology or willingness to help us. The area was lovely however I would not recommend this property.
Just spent a wonderful 4 days at this property with my family. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and the location was terrific. A short walk to the train station, good restaurants and shops. The location was in a lovely residential area, but yet situated conveniently to everything. Highly recommend!
Perfect for a week in London with teenagers. Big rooms, great WiFi, close to tube, bus, restaurants and shops so we could eat in or eat out and explore. Dean went over an above with teas, coffee even fresh fruit! Quiet location, would stay again

We loved this flat with all the amenities. Beds were comfy with all the modern updates you would need for a stay in London. Dean was a great, very responsive host.

We were so impressed with our stay here! Dean was very accommodating and walked us through the house at check in. He also responded immediately when we had a question. The flat itself was perfect for 6 adults, very spacious, with a beautiful kitchen that had everything we need. The location was great, quiet but in walking distance to many cute restaurants and shops. We would absolutely stay again.
Beautiful home in great neighborhood with restaurants close by. Generous anmenities. Only issue was lights were confusing & difficult to work. There was also a door off kitchen that opened onto an outdoor enclosed atrium with significant drop of at least 10 feet down that we couldn’t figure out how to lock. I am sure that owner would have helped us if we asked but I wasn’t too worried about it bc my boys are all teens & there are low bars in place. It would have definitely been a concern that I would have made sure to address if we had younger children though.

Dean was great! He was there to meet us. Even helped us with a check-in time issue. There was a plate of fresh fruit and milk in the fridge when we arrived.
Honestly, we were very pleased.

The property is situated in a lovely residential area within 10-15 minutes walk of restaurants, shops, and transport making it ideal for a city stay. Bright, spacious, and well-furnished apartment with all the amenities of home. Dean is a superb host and gave us a tour of the apartment and made himself available to our group via WhatsApp.
The only issue we observed was that of a strong odor coming from the plumbing in the bathrooms and kitchen sink. However, I don’t believe this was the owner or host’s fault and I believe they took measures to try to minimize the smell as best as possible with scent diffusers throughout the flat.

Traveling as 3 couples. It was great to have a large bed in each room. Air conditioning was so welcome when returning from a day outside in the summer heat/humidity! Kitchen worked well for us. Living area had enough seating and the dining room table was great for gathering for meals. There were thoughtful conveniences like laundry room with soap supplied, two hairdryers, iron and full size board. Shampoo, soap, conditioner and large towels. Dean communicated well at time of booking, met us at check-in and was immediately responsive to a text re: a small issue. It was also so nice that guest check-out did not require a giant chore list to accomplish! All 6 of us loved the location and place. Used the bus system, which made getting around super easy. TFL app or City Mapper app connected walking/bus line/tube/train from the front door to wherever we wanted to go. Thanks Dean!!!
This is obviously a renovated property...so you'd expect some quirks...and here they are. The WiFi is spotty and almost unusable at certain times and places in the house. The light switches are a mess, some don't work or turn on lights in different rooms. I spent a significant amount of time each night trying to figure out how to turn them off so we could sleep. In addition, both bathrooms looked like the cleaning had been neglected for several months. Mold and mildew in the showers and hard-water scale in toilets. The electronic controls for one of the showers look fancy but were broken and, consequently, difficult to use. Overall, the location and the communications were great. But this place needs better maintenance. I have no idea how it has a perfect rating to this point. If you're not planning to spend much time in the property you can make it work, like we did.

After your review, I spent more than 1200£ pounds on a mentainance call and we found nothing was wrong, I can prove to you with videos and the engineer how to explain how you can use it and I repeat myself 5 times if you have any kind of issue let me know no mould no scales internet is 63MBit/s, the lights are switching off on arrow down why you trying to destroy me I am making such an effort for my guests to have everything and you say so before you contacting me so disappointed from guest like you. I told every one of my guests that I was here 24/7 in London to sort out any issues that have been reported to me as best and as swiftly as possible, and you had that service available if asked at any time. But gest like you want to judge before ask
Stayed at this property twice (3 nights, 4 nights) in a 2-week period while our family group was in London. Found the unit itself to be open, clean and well appointed. The host (Dean) was attentive and responsive to the few items that came up during our stays.
The property:
All 3 bedrooms are all located on the lower floor (accessed via a circular stairway), as well as the 2 bathrooms and laundry room. The powder room is on the main floor.
The king bed master suite has its own tv, walk-in closet and separate bathroom facilities including a tiled shower stall (with 6 shower heads!), toilet, bidet and dual sinks.
The other two full size bedrooms share a full size bathroom with both tub and separate shower stall. One bedroom even has access to an enclosed courtyard.
The two teens slept on the two living room sofas.
The laundry facilities are conveniently located in their own room next to the stairway lower landing.
The kitchen has all the amenities and comes fully stocked with the needed utensils, glasses, mugs, pots, pans and dishware. We found the coffee maker especially handy. The microwave has a variety of operating modes, some of which we never used. The dishwasher is an innovative two-drawer setup vs one big tub. You can load up the top drawer with the morning dishes and run it separate from the lower drawer.
The kitchen pantry came already stocked with some essentials. For the rest, we found nearby stores.
All in all, a great place to stay.
