We are a semi retired couple who use our apartment as a 2nd home, we live 75 minutes away and enjoy Dublin in general but particularly Sandymount and the surrounding areas.
Why they chose this property
Dublin 4 is the most prestigious area in Dublin and Sandymount is one of the most fashionable and unique villages there.
What makes this property unique
Centrally located, major road, rail and bus connections are on our door step, 20 minutes to Dublin airport, 5 minutes to Dublin port, 30 minute stroll to Dublin city centre, yet still located in a beautiful upmarket village.
