Welcome to Mana Kai 310 ... Where you can have your toes on the beach in 60 seconds. Your captivating relaxed Hawaiian vacation starts here! The ocean is your front door!

This 767 foot spacious condo has two king beds plus a sofa bed and two full bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps six. The second bedroom has its own private entrance and bathroom. The condo is professionally decorated with unique picturesque photos of famous spots around Maui.

The breath taking view of mile long Keawakapu Beach and ocean from the spacious lanai is nothing short of spectacular.

The relaxed Maui ambience is heightened by the stunning Mana Kai resort. The nonsmoking resort includes a heated swimming pool, common barbecue area for guests, a restaurant, a convenience store, a shop which rents snorkeling and surfing equipment, a business center with computers and printers and an exercise/workout facility.

No need to miss your workout! The complimentary fitness center is conveniently located in the basement of the Mana Kai and is open from 5 AM to 10 PM. It features Precor Premium Fitness equipment.

The Shops at Wailea are a ~25 minute walk from the Mana Kai and boasts some of the best shopping on the island.

Unit 310 is perfectly situated in a private, quiet location on the third floor (away from the elevator, restaurant, etc) and provides spectacular ocean views. Your personal reserved parking spot (#75) is right in front of the Mana Kai entrance.

Mana Kai 310 has separate air conditioning units and fans in each area/bedroom for your individual comfort. You will find new items throughout the condo, including new linens and towels.

There is a new smart TV (January 2021) in the A Unit and a flat screen TV in the 2nd bedroom, as well as free high speed internet available throughout the unit. There is also free local and long distance calls to the US mainland and Canada. In addition to the kitchen table with four chairs, there is also a 4 person table with chairs on the lanai giving you plenty of room for lounging and enjoying the gorgeous ocean views.

Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are available within the condo for lounging on the beach.

The full kitchen and kitchenware includes coffee maker, toaster, bowls, pots, pans, dinnerware, flatware and glassware. The refrigerator (January 2021) and dishwasher (March 2020) are new.

Dish soap, laundry soap and paper towels are provided in the kitchen. Body wash and hair shampoo are provided in the two showers. Toilet tissue and Kleenex tissues are also provided. Hair dryers are in the bathroom drawers.

Guests are provided an electronic access key to the unit approximately one week before arrival. No need to check in but do register your car and simply take the elevator to your third floor hideaway and enter paradise.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Had pretty much everything we needed. Kitchen could use more utensils, but other then that- was well stocked! Beds comfortable too!

The Mona Kia is perfect, on the beach, snorkeling, restaurant, cafe, beautiful ocean view, great!

Jim and Peg's place is outstanding. Great snorkeling off the beach that's just steps away. Surf shops terrific and we loved Church, the surf shops surfing dog. The restaurant food at the 5 Palms was very good and there's a cafe/general store in the building as well. Great beach and absolutely beautiful sunsets from the property. Wish we had stayed longer!! We will be back!

Just an excellent stay at Jim & Peg’s place. They were very responsive at all stages of our stay. What a beautiful condo in the perfect location on Maui. The central location is perfect for starting any excursion you might want to make anywhere on the island. The condo has everything you might need to do your own cooking and Jim and Peg provide beach chairs and umbrella for their guests. Although the resort provides chairs for use on the property, the added chairs allow for movement down the beach for your perfect spot. We loved the condo and you will too!

We enjoyed our stay at Peg&Jim's Kihei Mana Kai condo. The views from the 3rd floor unit's lanai are gorgeous. The place fits the bill as a great place to stay and explore the island. Beautiful beach at the resort. Close to Wailea/Kihei dining. Reserved parking spot. The VRBO includes beach chairs and umbrella which is great for a beach day. Resort itself is fine / nothing fancy (has a restauarant + small pool), but the draw is the beachfront location and 2bed/2bath home base for your big trip to Maui. Thanks!

We had a great trip. Other friends stayed in other units. The only disappointments were that the pictures showed a way to completely screen off the front bedroom area, only to find they have been removed and replaced with standing screens that did not provide privacy. Also you get the impression that the second bedroom also has a balcony...it's a walkway, so keeping your curtains open isn't much of an option, even though there is a view. The unit did have everything we needed in the kitchen and was clean with comfortable furniture.

Just what we needed!

We stayed here with our family of five-- 2 adults and our kids, ages 18, 14 and 10. The condo was in the perfect location-- far enough away from the busy "Kihei strip," but still close enough to find everything we needed. The beach was lovely-- we enjoyed it most in the mornings before the winds picked up. It was easy to walk down to the other connected beaches as well. The condo was well-stocked. We appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs, even though Mana Kai also provided loungers for use on the grassy area. Peg and Jim were gracious hosts and very easy to communicate with! We received lots of information about the condo and surrounding area well before our stay and they were quick to respond with any questions. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Great location

This is truly one of the beach front properties in Maui. Please note many buildings in this area you have to cross the street with all your beach gear. The property was as listed and the view was amazing. The grill, or BBQ area was great as all you need to do is sign up for one of four grills and there is someone who heats it up for you and cleans it. Very easy to make meals in this kitchen. One of the best stocked kitchens for rentals in terms of pots and pans and basic supplies. Pool is nice and there are 3 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for shade. There are loungers by the grass area you can put under shade. AC worked great and lots for room for 2 adults and 2 teens. The Foodland was a short drive away with the best Poke and Maui beef short ribs to help feed a family reasonable. Having a full kitchen in Maui is key as all the restaurant and food truck prices have gone up 20% since April. Overall we would stay here again and recommend this place to anyone who wants a great view and great location close to everything.

Fantastic rental! Perfect place for the beach lover.

There are so many good things to say about this rental! I'll start with the two less-than-stellar things and get them out of the way. 1) I didn't realize the master bedroom was open to the living room/kitchen, but has divider shades (not a big deal for us, but may be for some), 2) they need hooks on bathroom doors to make room for more towels. That's it. The place was GREAT! The property overall is wonderful. It's 7 floors with about 10 units per floor. It sits on the beach side of Kihei Road - important! It's right on a beach, so within 5 minutes I can go from condo to body surfing. The building has lawn chairs for our use, first come first served, so we were out just after sunrise to get out spots picked on the lawn that abuts the beach. The property has a little deli market, good for sandwiches but expensive for groceries (just plan and go to Whole Foods, or locally to Foodland, Safeway or Longs). There's also a restaurant, which we didn't use. We did BBQ one night (got local grass-fed steaks from Longs Drug Store). The unit is basic but perfect for us. The lanai can seat six at one time to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed, from cookware to blender. It would be nice to have bigger coffee mugs and plastic glasses, but we did fine with what was provided. We loved the master bed which looks onto the ocean. Ceiling fans kept everything cool, but there's AC if you need it. Our 16 year old daughter took the back bedroom with the queen bed, and her own bathroom to clutter up. There was plenty of bath towels, beach towels, additional linens for sofa bed, dish towels, etc. We didn't need them, but they also provided folding beach chairs. The kitchen had only a few leftover cooking supplies, so check before you head to the market. Laundry was just down the hall (you have to get tokens from the front desk). Check in was a snap. And we loved that the lock on the unit was a code, so not hassle with passing keys. As we prepared to leave I realized I didn't have the usual litany of VRBO rental tasks to complete for check out. I reached out to the owner contact and he replied there is no check out protocol, that we are on vacation and had no tasks to complete. Of course we bundled up linens and cleaned up the dishes, recycling, etc. but it was NO hassle, no fear of losing deposit if we forgot to strip beds, etc. Wonderful! It was simple, easy, casual, great location, comfortable. This place is a great find. Grab it if you can!

Our Maui Vacation

From the moment we booked our stay at Peg & Jim's Mana Kai condo we received excellent customer service. They responded to all my questions in a timely fashion and went out of their way to accommodate us. The location of the condo is perfect. We had no issues checking into the condo. We loved the condo from the moment we walked in. It was very clean and welcoming. The Hawaiian chocolates were a nice surprise. The beds were comfy. The views are breathtaking. We loved keeping the sliding door open and listening to the waves. Gorgeous sunrise every morning and sitting on the lanai was relaxing. Walking on the beach was so calming. Beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. One of our expectations for this trip was to have a beach front view and be seconds from the beach. The Mana Kai was more than perfect. I would definitely stay at this condo again. We were so sad to leave. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you Peg and Jim for such a wonderful experience. Mahalo

This was a perfect condo and location for our get away. The views of the beach and ocean were breathtaking from the veranda. You are steps away from the pool, beach, snorkeling. We were able to go for a morning beach walk, and come back for breakfast at the condo before spending time snorkeling after. This was the most relaxing trip

BEST LOCATION!

We had such a great time at Peg & Jim's condo. The location really is the star of the show and we were in heaven, walking on the beach every morning and night. We rented a paddleboard and snorkels from the shop downstairs and the prices were really reasonable. We saw 3 turtles and some fish! The kids used the pool and we were able to get around the island easily from this location. I'd say our only TINY knock on the rating was that the unit is a little dated and not really well stocked, but we had everything we needed and for this location and price, you can't go wrong. We would definitely stay again! Mahalo!
