Royal Cliff Luxury Apartments, on the beautiful Isle of Wight, are an excellent choice to book for your next holiday or short break. Nestled just off England’s south coast, this stunning development of sea frontage luxury apartments is set in an enviable elevated position, with exhilarating cliff top views across Sandown Bay and the English Channel. The island is surprisingly easy to reach and only a couple of hours from London, with regular ferries running from Southampton, Portsmouth and Lymington. You could leave the car behind should you wish, and travel here by rail and high speed catamaran across the Solent, by booking a combined ticket from any mainland train station to nearby Sandown.

Seascape is a one bedroom ground floor apartment, ideal for couples. It has an open-plan living space and benefits from its own enclosed private garden to the rear with views overlooking the English Channel. The master bedroom has a luxury kingsize bed and patio doors leading to the garden. It also has one allocated parking space in the underground parking area. All properties have use of the communal landscaped gardens, where the private gated access leads straight on to the cliff path which leads down to the esplanade and revetment below.

Sandown is a truly traditional British beach resort with pier, amusements and the Isle of Wight Zoo, as well as Sandham Garden’s play area, with go karting, sky nets and crazy golf. The town is brimming with attractions to entertain visitors, most of them right on the beach front itself, so you never have to stray too far from the golden sands. Should you enjoy a coastal walk, you can walk the length of the bay from Yaverland along the seaside revetment, all the way to the popular neighbouring town of Shanklin. If you like to learn about the history of a place, then the Isle of Wight has pre-historic monuments, Roman villas and military history a-plenty! There are a range of beautiful historic houses and gardens open to the public too. Don’t forget the Botanic Gardens with their own micro-climate nearby in Ventnor!

If you are keen on an active holiday, Sandown Bay is hugely popular with watersports, and you’ll certainly see people paddle boarding, surfing, catamaran and dingy sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing, depending on the weather. Outdoor pursuits on the island really are well-catered for, and include horse riding, fishing, cycling, paragliding and golf.

There are numerous attractions to discover for all ages on this beautiful sunny island. The Needles landmark attraction is a must see, with its chairlift, amusement park, boat rides, lighthouse and coloured sands of Alum Bay. Why not pay a visit to Queen Victoria’s favourite holiday residence, Osborne House and Gardens, or perhaps Blackgang Chine, the oldest themed attraction in the UK. Whatever you decide, one thing is for sure, Royal Cliff Luxury Apartments and the island have plenty to offer to make your holiday a memorable one.

I highly recommend Seascape! The apartment was an ideal retreat to recharge and fully enjoy the beauty of the Isle of Wight. Modern and beautifully maintained, Seascape has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that feels like a true home rather than just a rental. The attention to detail by the owners is evident—they've thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable. It was impeccably clean, warm, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The location is unbeatable for beach and cliff walks, offering stunning views and a relaxing escape. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I can’t wait to return!
