Summary:
This stunning apartment is located next to Kensington Garden and Hyde Park, close to the most popular attractions in London.
With Victorian style, high ceilings and private entrance from the streets, this apartment has one-double bedroom and one-double sofa bed in the living room with fully equipped kitchen, double glazed windows, super fast fibre optic Wi-Fi, hot water and central heating and special services to make your stay comfortable as possible: luggage storage(Available from 11:30am - 3pm , depends on the guest and housekeeper's schedule ), the possibility of early check-in or check out, adaptable cancellation policy, baby set ( baby tub, travel cot and high chair, Available on request).
Maximum: 2 people, for any additional person after the second one, you may be charged £ 15 for each separate person. Also, for any extra set of bedding requested, the cleaning company may charge £30 extra. We offer cleaning services available for an additional cost.

The Space:
Newly refurbished apartment in the heart of Hyde Park. One of the most upscale residential neighborhoods of the city and located very central, with many attractions and amenities within walking reach. Go for a stroll around Hyde Park or Marble Arch, or grab a bite to eat in by the Thames river.

Guest Access:
Smart access: you will choose a personal 4 digits number to have your own access-code to enter into the building and property. For security reasons the code is changed after each check-out.

The door codes will be sent one day before your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Located between Kensington and Paddington, in an upscale residential neighborhood situated in zone 1 in Central London. Nearby attractions include Kensington Garden & Palace and Hyde Park. The area is full of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops such as Selfridges and KOL restaurant. Also, within 15 minutes walking you can find Mayfair, Oxford Street and Bond Street.

Getting Around:
Lancaster Gate Underground Station is only a 2 minute walk away, servicing the Central line and Paddington Station just a 3 minutes walk from the property. Victoria Station is a 25-minute walk away, connecting all London Underground, Gatwick Express and National Rail trains.
The nearest bus stop is St James (Stop LB) located in Bayswater Road with only 3 minutes walking from the property, servicing buses to Victoria, Westminster, St James Park, Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road, Camden and international connection to King's Cross St Pancras.
If you're traveling by car, the A4209 Bayswater Road is just down the road from the flat.
There is pay-and-display parking nearby at a very good rate.
There is a Santander Cycles bike sharing station just around the corner from the property.

Other Things to Note:
-This apartment is locked on First floor and please be aware there is not lift in the building.

-This is a one-bedroom apartment, the standard is for two guests. If you need to request sofa bed or extra bed, it will be £30 for the whole stay for the linen set which we always order from the cleaning company. This apartment can fit up to 5 guests, we will prepare the apartment according to your reservation.


- It is very important to know the exact number of guests arriving in order to have ready the right amount of beds according to it.
-A damage deposit could be required for certain bookings. It will be reimbursed in full on your check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
- To make your arrival and departures as easy and manageable as possible, there is the opportunity to store your luggage at the property before your check in and/or after your check out times, always depending of availability.
- Another exclusive superhost feature I offer is the flexibility discussing cancellations refunds or providing a voucher in case you need to cancel due to an emergency or a last-minute change of plans. This option will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending the circumstances, should Guests unexpectedly need to cancel, in a way that benefits both of us.
