Entrance via the staircase on the side of the chalet or through the garage on the ground floor. Garage with ski storage, a seating area, and a dartboard. A second ski storage room/laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. A TV lounge with a seating area featuring a sleeper sofa. A sauna with a shower and sink.

On the ground floor:
An entryway with a hallway leading to the living area. A living room with a workspace and a seating area by the fireplace (firewood included). Kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. A bathroom with a tub, sink, and toilet. A high chair and a cot are provided.
