This cozy 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Lisbon, just 25 minutes from Carcavelos beach. With an area of 60 m², the apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable stay in the Portuguese capital.



The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with just a toilet. There are 3 beds, 1 double and 2 singles, accommodating up to 4 people. The kitchen is independent and equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, microwave and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals.



The apartment has electric heating, Wi-Fi and TV. Unfortunately, events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.



The location is excellent, just 400 meters from a LIDL supermarket and 1 km from the Anjos metro station. It is also close to Carris bus stops. Lisbon Airport is 6 km away.



In the vicinity, you can enjoy golf courses, nature parks and a wide range of restaurants and cafes. The Tagus River is just 2.5 km away.

Joli petit appartement, dans quartier calme proche centre ville et commodités, bien équipé, à 15min à pied du centre ville, bus et tram 28 à qq encablures, petits commerces pas loin... Ideal pour 1 famille 2 enfants (bas age mais autonome, les notres ont 8 et 9 ans😁) pour 1 court séjour Point de vue sur la ville à qq pas... Voisinage +-bruyant jusqu'à +-22h ... la vie portugaise je dirais....

El sitio es cómodo y agradable aunque el sector donde se encuentra se ve muy decadente. Las almohadas son de mala calidad y realmente necesitan un cambio. Las sartenes y utensilios de cocina también necesitan ser renovados. Por lo demás la estancia es cómoda y tiene buena relación calidad precio

Porte d´entrée de l´immeuble

En milieu de séjour, nous avons eu un problème avec la serrure de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble. Le problème du être réglé sur place à deux reprises avec le gérant et le serrurier. A part cela tout s'est bien passé, logement agreable et fonctionnel.
