This property was as described. Quite neighborhood close to multiple tube stations. Centrally located for easy travel around city. Better value than a hotel room, giving you much more space. Would recommend for 2-3 travelers.

Great stay in London

Vera's place in Tyburnia, just north of Hyde Park, is super. We were four in number, and it was not only comfortable but well equipped. We were out every day all over London, and the location is excellent, especially if you like walking and running in Hyde Park, as I do. Her manager on the spot, Adam, was gracious, responsive, and helpful. In short, we all loved it.

Paddington flat

Vera's flat was great for a week-long stay - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. I was there for work and a friend came to join me for the weekend and the flat was more than spacious enough with each of us in our own bedroom. The neighborhood is convenient to everything with the Tube nearby, and especially convenient to the airport as it is only a 5 or 6 minute walk to Paddington Station.

Beautiful apartment- access to lots!

Vera was wonderful from the beginning, answering all my questions. Her home is just lovely. I felt like I was staying at a friend’s home… great kitchen, lovely furnishings. The home is very close to the tube (about 2 blocks) and about a half mile from Oxford street, great shopping, I highly recommend staying at this great place!

Could not recommend enough! Flat was a perfect size for our family (myself, spouse, two teen sons) and very conveniently located, five minute walk from Edgware and Paddington stations. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants abound. We walked through Hyde Park, took the underground all over London, and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Communication was always prompt, clear, and friendly. Wonderful!

Comfortable and stylish

We stayed in this flat for 10 days. It was very comfortable and spacious compared to other options in London. The decor was stylish and interesting. We were just a short walk to either Edgware tube station or Paddington Station. Well stocked with coffee and toiletries! Great communication with the host (despite her being out of town, she had a helper meet us in person to go over all we needed to know for our stay)! We plan to go back and stay again in the future!

Vera’s flat was perfect for us—clean, comfortable, and convenient. It was so much better than staying in a hotel or generic corporate housing. It felt like home for the week. We were a few minutes walk to both Paddington and Edgeware Rd stations and really to anywhere we wanted to go—Hyde Park, Mayfair, Notting Hill were all within an hour walk or a quick Underground ride. And, if you need them, the black cabs were available everywhere and easy (Uber too but we preferred the cabs). The area has a lot of restaurants and cafes as well as food shops. The flat had everything we needed when we were done with our day around the city—to make meals when we didn’t eat out and to do laundry, as well as hanging out together. It was hot in London when we arrived but the breeze with open windows and door was wonderful and spending time in the patio area was lovely. I can’t say enough about Vera’s responsiveness to questions that came up throughout our visit. It was like having a concierge service as well as a helpdesk (Where is the w/d? Which train line to take from the airport? Etc.). We had a wonderful stay.

Location, location, location for tourist is perfect! Paddington in zone 1 is very central and walkable to many destinations: you can get to Marylebone, Mayfair, Little Venice, Portobello Market/Notting Hill, Covent Garden South Kensington, Regent Park, Camden, Buckingham Palace within 10-50 minutes by foot. 3 metro stations within 2-8 minutes and bus stop around the corner, not mention many restaurants, cafes, groceries, bars thats why i love this area, perfect for tourists and outgoing person!!!

What makes this property unique

Very traditional yet tastefully, modern furnished, so you get to feel how typical Londoner lives. Very uniques is garden in the back for a very central area in zone 1 flat.
