Spent a lovely relaxing week at this very comfortable, welcoming and thought out holiday home.
Spent a lovely relaxing week at this very comfortable, welcoming and thought out holiday home. Location was perfect, the beach is just a 5 minute stroll around the corner and it goes for miles and miles and was practically empty when we visited. Beryl the owner has thought very carefully about the holiday home and put a lot of love and care into it. The welcome hamper was a lovely idea and we made use of the cosy conservatory every evening. Walcott itself is very quiet, but there is a good pub just down the road that serves lovely food and has friendly staff and there is plenty to do within a short drive if you do not have the weather for the beach. Would definitely recommend Turnstones and if we ever visit this part of Norfolk again we would not hesitate to stay here again.

A lovely cottage in a nice location.
A lovely cottage in a nice location. The owners have made the property very comfortable with almost every conceivable amenity provided. It was spotlessly clean. There were folders with info about the cottage and local restaurants. We visited a couple of places recommended by previous holidaymakers in the visitors book, which were as good as suggested. We can only imagine how lovely it is in the summer.
