You can enjoy cycling and walking in the nearby area especially in the natural park of La Mata. From Alicante airport it is about half an hour's drive to the apartment.

Mooie, ruim ingerichte woning

Woning is zoals beschreven en aangegeven op de foto's. Mooi interieur, fijne ruime keuken, goede slaapkamers, leuk (gedeeld) zwembad, eigen parkeerplaats in de garage. Alles is op loopafstand, strand, chiringuito, restaurants, bars. Torrevieja is makkelijk te doen met een taxi ( € 12,00). Daarnaast is het contact met de eigenaars zeer prettig verlopen, konden zelfs eerder inchecken zonder extra kosten.

Lovely family holiday in modern apartment near the beach

Spent a lovely week in this spacious comfortable clean modern apartment. Private outdoor area is lovely if a little noisy as beside a road. Everything you could need was supplied, perhaps a hairdryer could be added? Pool area was fab and communal areas were immulacate. 5 minute walk from the beach, 2 beach bars and a handful of nice restaurants. Ineke was very organised and attentive and super to deal with. Overall, a lovely apartment which we would recommend for a quiet stay in the sun.

Amazing!!

We stayed at the property this summer for 14 nights with our boy aged 4, what a wonderful holiday! As we knew we wouldn't be out late due to our son having an early bedtime we wanted a property that was also comfortable for us to relax in at a night time. We felt at home from the minute we arrived, very clean and tidy on arrival and everything we needed for a self catering apartment. The terrace was pretty and kitted out with an easy to use gas barbecue. Comfy beds, effective aircon and the heated pool was enjoyed plenty through the holiday! It is a 5 minutes walk to La Mata beach, the local supermarket and some nice restaurants. La Mata centre is around 20 - 25 minutes walk but there is also a bus stop over the road with regular buses there and to Torrevieja. Brilliant and helpful communication with the hosts throughout the booking process and during the holiday. We feel that when we return to La Mata, even if we looked around at other properties, we would always come back to this one. Thank you again for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Perfect holiday in La Mata

We stayed as a family with two kids and spent two wonderful weeks in La Mata. The communication with the hosts was very good along the whole booking process and during our stay. We also had a very warm welcome upon our arrival. The apartment is modern and clean and has everything you need for a long stay. There is an allocated parking space for the apartment in the garage. You can go from the garage to the apartment, which was very convenient. We enjoyed the nice heated pool in the residence and a lovely terrace with a gas barbecue. The location is great - just a 5 minutes walk to the La Mata Beach. Supermarkts and restaurants are not far from the apartment. The hosts were at all times very helpful and friendy and were even so kind to send us someting by post that we had forgotten in the apartment. Thank you again for this wonderful stay!
