Bright dream penthouse with private roof terrace and stunning sea views

The modern built penthouse apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace with beautiful sea view and also a private roof terrace on the 10th Floor with a summer kitchen, barbecue and shower. The apartment has direct access to the underground garage.

In front of the apartment there is a large private swimming pool and a recreational park. There are kilometers of sandy beaches a few hundreds metres away.
Behind the complex you can enjoy a beautiful nature park with salt lagoons and bike paths.
The facility is located only 30 minutes from Alicante airport and Murcia Airport.
The location is well connected. All amenities are within walking distance.

The additional costs (payable cash on arrival) are: 70 € for cleaning and laundry + Electricity consumption 0.35 €/Kw.
We ask for a security deposit of 300 €. Deposit is payable on collection of the keys and is refundable upon the day of departure.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse ist ein zusätzliches Plus. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir können das Appartement uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic apartment with great view

Such a great apartment, I loved the private roof terrace with refreshing shower & the grill. Pool area so nice and clean like everything. Absolutely loved it Ten points!

Great property

We had a great time the apartment was very clean very well equipped with everything you could need. The host Alex was lovely and helpful. It was also so quiet and a lovely pool area very clean all round. Roof terrace was very quiet and sunny. We had a great stay, when we go back to the area would love to stay here again.

Utmärkt boende m spektakulär havsutsikt

Välutrustad, fräsch och ljus lägenhet med fantastisk havsutsikt. Rymlig balkong med förmiddagssol. Privat takterrass med sol hela eftermiddagen. Privat parkeringsplats i garage ingår. Skyddat och lugnt område intill några av Spaniens bästa stränder. Breda stränder med finkornig sand. Restaurang- och caféutbud ok. Större utbud i närliggande Torrevieja. Trevlig marknad i närområdet varje onsdag.

The apartment was as described, everything that one required (and comfy beds... which is not always the case :) ) Thoroughly enjoyed our stay; supermarket, beach and many restaurants all within walking distance. Can recommend El Pozo and Las Flores Playa. Good communication with Alex.

Agréable séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche des commodités, de très bons restaurants et de la mer. La piscine est très grande ainsi que ses abords où il y a des pieds de parasol à disposition. La literie est bonne, la climatisation très appréciable et l'appartement est pourvu de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. L'insonorisation est bonne. Le propriétaire est accueillant, sérieux et ponctuel. Nous avons passé 15 jours en août très agréable.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Die Unterkunft mit Dachterrasse bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und den Strand von La Mata. Zum erreichen der Wohnung stehen 2 Aufzüge zu Verfügung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so im Urlaub benötigt. Das Internet funktioniert ohne Probleme und es gibt auch die gewohnten deutschen Fernsehprogramme. Die Sonne geht direkt vor der Anlage auf, besser geht es nicht. Wer mit dem Auto anreist,erhält einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit einem zusätzlichen Abstellraum. Die gesamte Anlage und die Tiefgarage ist nur für Bewohner betretbar. Wir hatten hier einen tollen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We could not have needed or wanted anything else to make this holiday any better.

The apartment is immaculate and you feel at home straight away. I felt so secure because of gates/codes to get in and the pool area was spotlessly clean and lifeguards were helpful and friendly. This was a great location for the beach/restaurants/shops and the views from our balcony were stunning. I wanted to experience the real Spain instead of a tourist hotspot, and it was perfect. I would highly recommend this to families and couples.

Ático perfecto y muy bien situado

Hemos estado del 2 al 9 de septiembre un matrimonio con dos niños de 7 y 4 años de edad. El piso alucinante, perfecta situación, muy tranquilo y la comunidad perfecta. Quedamos con Álex a las 12 para entrar, no poniendo do ningún tipo de problema. Nos enseñó el piso, el cual tiene también solárium, plaza de parking y trastero, esto último nos ha venido muy bien pues llegábamos de la playa y todos los trastos los dejábamos ahí. El piso tiene todas las comodidades, limpio y muy luminoso y a pesar que la electricidad no entra en el precio, solo fueron 10 euros. Al dejar el piso lo hicimos a las 18 horas y tampoco pusieron problemas. Todo perfecto, tanto la estancia como el piso.
