Appartement très bien situé dans une résidence de qualité

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Très bien situé, tous les commerces à proximité ainsi que le marché au pied de l'immeuble le mercredi. Le parking en sous sol est très appréciable. La piscine est très grande et très bien entretenue. 5 mn à pied de la plage et des restaurants. A faire soleil assuré.

Schöne Ferienanlage mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer relativ neuen, sehr gepflegten Anlage mit viel Luxus. Leider ist die Außenfläche im Winter verschlossen und es besteht nicht die Möglichkeit sich in die Sonne zu setzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle Betten und eine gut funktionierenden Küche. Über eine Kaffeemaschine hätten wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Badezimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Die Fugen in den Duschen müssten allerdings mal gründlich gereinigt werden. Die Couch hat auch schon die beste Zeit vor langem sich gehabt und sollte dringend ersetzt werden. Das größte Problem hatten wir mit dem Internet. Zu Zeiten von Home Office geht das gar nicht. Erst hat es gar nicht funktioniert, dann Tageweise, nach einem Anruf von uns beim Betrieber, Callcenter hat leider auch nur zwei Tage mit Internet gebracht. Der Router ist wahrscheinlich defekt. Wirklich geholfen hat uns niemand. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und würden wieder in der Anlage eine Wohnung mieten.

Wir entschuldigen uns für Ihre Probleme mit dem Internet/WIFI, aber es ist das erste Mal, dass wir dieses Problem mit dem Betreiber hatten. Als Eigentümer der Wohnung kontaktierte ich den Betreiber und sie teilten mir mit, dass es kein Problem gab, sie haben sogar den Betrieb des Routers online überprüft und er war korrekt, also würde das Problem wahrscheinlich ein falscher Zugang durch die Mieter sein.

Bel appartement, jolie résidence

L'appartement est bien situé dans le quartier de la Mata, le gérant répond rapidement si on a un problème, la mer est juste en face, la terrasse permet de profiter d'une superbe vue pour mes repas. L'appartement est bien équipé dans la cuisine, et les serviettes sont fournies, ainsi que des sièges de plage et 1 parasol. Les seuls points négatifs le matelas du lit est très mou et à changer je pense et les week-ends il y a le bar juste en bas de la résidence où les gens font du karaoké jusqu'à 1h du matin et c'est mal insonorisé donc si on doit endormir les enfants ou s'endormir tôt c'est compliqué. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour. Merci

SCHÖNE ANLAGE, ZENTRAL GELEGEN!

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben sehr schön, genauso wie die Gegend, der die Natur liebt u gern wandert. Nachteilig war nur, das der Balkon nur im Schatten liegt im Sommer sicherlich wünschenswert im Winter aber kalt. Vermisst haben wir leider die beschriebenen Liegen auf dem Balkon, die man dann in der Anlage in der Sonne hätten benutzen können. Trotz Emails an den Eigentümer blieb dieses leider erfolglos,so das wir welche kaufen mussten. Ansonsten ein schöner Urlaub in schöner Umgebung.

La Mata Aquanature

A great modern apartment and pool. This is a private complex that does not provide sunbeds around the pool. The owner of the apartment also does not provide any sunbeds to carry to the pool, guests therefore need to use a towel and lie on the artificial grass ( very uncomfortable) On our visit we also did not have towels for the room despite repeated requests for them. The apartment also has great underground parking facilities which is a must in this area. The apartment is situated in the heart of La Mata but a car is desirable to explore the local area.

Excellent séjour

Nous venions pour la deuxième fois dans cette résidence. Le complexe est très agréable et très bien entretenu. L'appartement est super, spacieux et bien équipé. Si il y a une chose à améliorer, c'est un lit en 160 dans la chambre et ue cafetière électrique et ce serait parfait. Place parking et connexion WIFI ok. Une jolie vue sur la plage depuis la terrasse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et pesons revenir l'année prochaine. F et P

José Carlos un auténtico encanto. Todo facilidades. Buenos consejos de sitios donde comer y el apartamento muy cómodo, céntrico y con todo tipo de accesorios de cocina. We loved staying at this apartment, it was very clean, well presented, and very spacious

The location of the apartment was perfect, it was close by to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was lovely, it was fully equipt with everything you needed. It was very spacious for myself, husband and 2 children aged 6 and 8. It has 2 good sized bedrooms, a bathroom and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen had everything you needed and there was also a washing machine and dishwasher which came in handy. The balcony was very spacious for us all to sit out on with views of the sea. The grounds of the apartment were kept very well, nice and tidy and lovely pool area with pool attendant. We found that there was very good security with codes and keys to get into the car park, apartment grounds and lift area. We really did have a lovely holiday and enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment. The owner of the apartment was very helpful and I would like to say that I would definitely recommend staying here, Thankyou

Comfortable modern apartment, great location

The apartment is modern and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The complex is well maintained and very safe. Centrally located, the apartment was perfect for the beach and local shops bars and restaurants. Bus is easy to catch. Easy to get around by car from this location. I found Jose-carlos to be extremely helpful during our booking stage and whilst at the apartment. We would happily stay again.

Apartamento muy comodo para estancia familar

Pasamos 3 semanas en agosto. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades y tiene muy buena ubicación, junto a la playa y todo tipo de servicios cerca. Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Perfecto para vacaciones familiares . El trato por parte del dueño y personas allí encargadas fue muy bueno. Todo era tal y como se describía en el anuncio.

Overwinteren in La Mata

Het was een uiterst aangenaam verblijf in La Mata. Klein dorpje, maar wel met alle voorzieningen. En een aantal leuke plaatsen dichtbij, zoals Torrevieja (ook per bus bereikbaar), Aguamar en Santa Pola. De omgeving leent zich uitstekend voor wandel tochten, maar ook om het, ruige, binnenland te bezoeken. Tevens zijn de steden Murcia en Orihuela een bezoek meer dan waard. In februari een beperkt aantal restaurantjes open, maar per 1 maart werd dat aantal aanzienlijk groter. Er zijn geen slechte bij. En allemaal hebben ze een terras. Het appartementen complex is nieuw, schoon, wordt ook in de winter goed onderhouden. Onze woning was exact zoals de advertentie beloofde. En ook de foto's ervan klopten. Enige nadeeltje was dat het balkon, met zeezicht, zich op het oosten bevond. In de zomer ideaal, maar in deze periode hield dat in dat je voor zon altijd naar buiten moest.

6 Weeks/Semanas Winter(Invierno)

Very clean apartment in a new smart complex with parking underground. Apartment on 3rd Floor(piso) but 2 lifts(ascensores). Apartment on North(norte) side of building = shaded(sombreado) side BUT sun(Sol) shines directly into apartment at dawn for a short time. In December & January the apartment does not gain any warmth from the sun (falte caliente del Sol) - we were away during the days so only used (necessita) heating about 2 hours an evening (caliente 2 horas cada noche). Owner was easily contacted and very helpful but it is clear that electric costs are a concern as the key holder told us 80kwh on the meter per week was included - we tried to respect that but it would be difficult for anyone spending more of the day in the flat or doing any cooking. We would easily recommend this flat and the very nice owner. Thank you.

Fantastico apartamento

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones fantásticas en este apartamento. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, con todas las comodidades necesarias y muy nuevo. Muy cerca de la playa y la piscina está fenomenal. Y además el parking es subterráneo, que en zona de playa es difícil de encontrar. La zona es tranquila y estás cerca de todo. Sin duda, repetiremos el año que viene porque merece la pena. Y el propietario muy atento y serio.
